Users can quickly and easily check ECM
settings, such as maximum road speed, to
comply with regulations that vary from region
to region. Technicians can check fleet-wide
parameter settings for specific needs, without
needing a PC to connect to the ECM.

The QuickCheck 5200 uses simple push-button
and touch screen navigation with minimal
commands so that connectivity is quick and
easy. A larger VGA colour TFT LCD screen
is easier to read in all lighting conditions.
The long-lasting rechargeable lithium-ion battery
provides up to 14 hours of usage (40% more
than our previous model) and can be recharged
using the supplied USB cable, AC power
supply/recharger or the vehicle service
connector. The new battery pack is easily
removable for quick exchange or recharging.
QuickCheck 5200 comes with QuickCheck CE
and PowerSpec CE applications pre-installed.
QuickCheck CE allows reading and monitoring
of a range of data from any manufacturer’s
engine with electronic controls for transmission,
braking and vehicle systems.
PowerSpec CE reads trip
and fault code information
from Cummins on-highway
engines. It also contains
many key functions of the
full PowerSpec program,
allowing users to read
and store configuration
and feature settings,
read, store and clear engine fault codes, read
the engine data plate and customer details.
Trip information can also be captured and
instantly viewed or later downloaded to a PC
for further analysis within the PowerSpec PC
program. The PowerSpec CE summary screen
displays these most requested trip parameters:

The rugged, portable and user-friendly
QuickCheck 5200 is fully compatible with any
SAE electronic engines. Powered by the
Windows CE operating system, the QuickCheck
5200 device features an integrated data link
adaptor that connects to your engine via J1587
or J1939 industry-standard data links for rapid,
trouble-free data capture. No separate adapter
is required.
