Auction rules
1. The auction will be held under the big tent from
6pm - 8:30pm. Sponsor presentations will be begin under
the big tree main stage at 6:45pm.
2. Each auction item will accompany a bid sheet. Each bid
sheet will list a minimum starting bid and bid increment.
All bids must be in increments of $5 unless otherwise
indicated on the bid sheet.
3. If you are the highest bidder for an auction item, you
are responsible for full payment of the item on the night
of Zoobilation, Thursday, September 18. All items should
be picked up the night of Zoobilation at the front gate after
the auction closes and door prizes have been presented.
If it is not possible to take your winning item home the
night of Zoobilation, please make payment the night of and
call Zoo Services at (334) 240-4900 between the hours of
8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday to schedule
pick up. All items not picked up the night of the event will
be available for pick up at the Zoo Services conference
room.
4. Payment must be made by cash, check or credit/debit
cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are
gladly accepted.
5. Make checks payable to MAZS (Montgomery Area
Zoological Society).
