SESSIONS ALREADY FILLING UP! L.A. PITTENGER STUDENT CENTER, Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana The aim of MWW is to give all writers the opportunity to improve their craft, to associate with highly credentialed professionals, and to network with other writers. PART I Intensives Part II Midwest Writers Workshop is formatted into Part I and Part II. The one-day Part I Intensive Sessions are scheduled for Thursday, July 21. These genre-specific learning sessions are designed for writers serious about pursuing a given genre. You will spend the day with the instructor and other writers who share your interest. Read descriptions online, including any deadlines for submitting materials specific to that session or any pre-work required. The Part I Intensive small-group sessions are limited to small class sizes. They fill up rapidly so respond quickly. The cost for Part I is only $155 and includes lunch. In addition to all sessions from Thursday afternoon through Saturday evening, Part II participants have the option to participate in the following: MAKING YOUR THRILLER THRILLING – Matthew V. Pittenger Student Center on the south end of Ball State’s campus, 2000 West University Avenue, Muncie, IN. Park in the nearby parking garage, practice your pitch in one of the many comfortable gathering spaces, grab a Starbucks or snack downstairs in the food court, or head to the nearby Village for drinks.
