Our Story /
Just Salad began with a simple question:
Why is there such a shortage of healthy fast food?
Friends since 8th grade, New York City natives Rob Crespi
and Nick Kenner teamed up in 2006 to bring Manhattan a
new healthy lunch option: Just Salad. Tired of the options
available to them in midtown Manhattan, they enlisted their
friend Chef Laura Pensiero to develop unique and healthy
salad recipes.
In May 2006, Just Salad opened its first location at 320
Park Avenue and ten years later, it still commands a line
out of the door during lunch. Today, Just Salad has over 26
locations, including New York, Chicago, Hong Kong, and
Dubai.
