Weekly Wednesday Farmer’s Market . . .is here!
The East Point Main
Street Association, in
partnership with the City
of East Point, is proud to
announce that the fifth
season of the East Point
Farmer’s Market will be a
weekly Wednesday market from 4-7pm at Fire
Station #1, 2757 East
Point Street (just one
block from the East Point
MARTA Station)!
The decision to go to a
weekly market did not
come lightly, but after
hearing the need for it
from both vendors and
patrons, and after much
thought and careful consideration regarding the
time and effort involved
to produce a weekly market, the market committee
felt there was no other
choice but to do what it
would take to provide this
great community asset.
The market runs from
April thru December. Patrons can find fresh seasonal produce including
fruits (peaches, blackberries and strawberries).
They can also find items
like farm fresh eggs, herb
and vegetable plants,
fresh breads, pastries, granola, dipping oils, coffee,
pecan flour, pecans, all
natural personal care
items, essential oil blends,
homemade soaps, bath
salts, laundry detergents,
aromatherapy, unique
handmade gifts like
turned wood bowls, authentic Indian jewelry,
custom designed bead
jewelry, metal/leather accessories, handbags,
framed art and more!
The market
