Background: The AEDC selected Freese and Nichols, Inc. in Feb. 2010 to develop a plan that: • • • • • Reinforces sense of community Preserves historical character Leverages educational excellence Attracts quality developments/investments Optimizes the uses of limited land Community Involvement: An online citizens survey was conducted.
