HOTEL INFORMATION
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
LUGGAGE DELIVERY SERVICE:
Saturday: You may request your luggage be transported to the finish line, or if you are staying at any
of the hotels listed, we will drop your bag off at your hotel for you! Prior to loading your luggage onto
the truck at the DelTech Terry Campus start ride morning, attach the appropriate color yarn to your
bag, letting us know where you would like it delivered.
*Hotel delivery is only available for those starting from the 75/100- Mile DelTech Campus location.
Those starting from the 50 or 17 mile starts, your luggage will be delivered to the Saturday finish line.
Sunday:
> Luggage pick up at hotels: If you are staying at any of the hotels listed (or at a hotel nearby one of
the hotels listed), deliver your luggage to the hotel lobby (or where designated by the hotel) by 8am.
Luggage trucks will stop at each of these hotels to pick up your luggage. All luggage will be delivered
to Dover/DelTech Terry Campus and available for pick up at approximately 1pm (weather permitting).
> Luggage truck at the Sunday Start Line: a truck, to place luggage heading back to Dover/DelTech
Terry Campus will be available at the Sunday Start Line until 8am.
HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Shuttle service is provided to and from the finish line, free of charge to cyclists, on Saturday until
7:00pm and Sunday 5:30-8:00am to hotels listed below. If you plan to take the shuttle to your hotel,
please let us know prior:

If you are booking a room through Bike MS, indicate your need on the Hotel Request Form
If you are booking your own accommodations, please email Sarah Wait by September 18
*Bikes are not transported on shuttles. Secure overnight parking is provided at the Saturday finish
line. Note that shuttles are available to the Surf Club, though rooms are no longer available there.

If you would like to make your own arrangements, please see the list of area hotels below.
Unfortunately, many hotels in the area require a two night minimum stay. *Hotels waiving the twonight minimum if you mention Bike to the Bay

RESERVE A ROOM THROUGH BIKE MS
HOTELS:
There are a limited number of rooms available in the following hotel:

PRICE:
$45 per cyclist (for a shared room – 4 person occupancy).
BOOK A ROOM:
Each Cyclist Must Individually:
- Complete the Hotel Request Form
- Pay the $45 fee
Request Deadline: Friday, September 18
- If you do not reserve a room prior, there is no guarantee we will
have availability at the event.
- We cannot take hotel requests (sorry)
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:

Rooms are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
All rooms require a four (4) person occupancy (no exceptions).
Cyclists who opt to secure a room through us, will be assigned a room in one of the hotels
listed above with three (3) other participants.
Rooms will be assigned at the Saturday Dover/DelTech start location AND at the Info tent at
the Saturday finish line.
Cyclists will be assigned a room with the three (3) cyclists in line next to them. If you already
have three (3) cyclists you would like to be paired with, please come together and wait in line
as a group.
