Principals Everett L. Smith Jr. - Chief Executive Officer Everett Smith has served as CEO of Charlestowne Hotels since 1980, and has supervised the development and operation of multiple hotels in major destinations in the Southeast. He has provided a range of consulting services pertaining to the hotel industry including valuation and market analysis, operations and financial management, and marketing and renovation planning. Everett, a Charleston native, is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Michael W. Tall - President & Chief Operating Officer Michael Tall joined the company in 2004 to provide guidance in marketing, e-commerce and revenue management initiatives.
