Who is Stage and Go?
Ø  Company dedicated exclusively to Internship’s hotel service.
Ø  Located in the area of Barcelona-Costa Brava.
Ø  Existing already 7 years, but with the same aim that in our beginning.
Ø  Fresh, personal and dynamic company with a familiar touch.

ü Improving of Spanish language

ü Sell of products and excursions
ü Telephone assistance.

DUTIES:
ü  Deal directly with customers.
ü  Prepare cocktails and snacks.
ü  Learn a lot about Mediterranean products
ü  Control of stocks and orders
ü  Possible work close to swimmingpool’s
ü  Different payment systems

2-Restaurant department
DUTIES:
ü  Directly contact with guests
ü Organisation of mice and place
ü  Control of stock
ü  Prepare orders.
ü  Learning about buffet organisation
ü  Possibility to work in banquets/caterings
ü  Possibility to work in show-cooking

3-Kitchen department
DUTIES:
ü Daily preparation of buffets.
ü  Learn mediterranean products / gastronomic.
Receipts.
ü  Show cooking duties.
ü  Possibility to work with great chefs.
ü  Possibility to prepare big caterings for events
ü  Learn about kitchen organisation/budgets.
ü  Learn specific Spanish for this department (names of
products, verbs in relation with kitchen, etc..)
