The Program
US Hotels are situated on the Northeast coast of the United States, with properties in

is currently looking to fill multiple Culinary, Front Office, and Food and
Beverage positions at US Hotels located in Kennebunkport and Northeast
Harbor, Maine.

Internship Opportunities
Wage
Culinary: $7.50/hour
Front Office: $8.00/hour
F&B: $3.50/hour plus tips
Skills/Experience
Candidates must have:
• Excellent English (reading, writing, and comprehension)
• An understanding of Five Star, Five Diamond hotel properties and the
professionalism and service abilities to match
Duties
Housing
Participants will undergo comprehensive programs in either Front
Office/Rooms, Food and Beverage, or Culinary. Training will be
rotational.
Participants are responsible for their own housing, although Intrax
will provide assistance.

• Start Date: May 1, 2011
• Duration: 12 months preferred, but 6 month applicants are still
eligible to apply
