 IMPORTANT TIPS Transportation from airport
Taxi fares from Heraklion airport to Hersonissos vary ranging from
€40 to €55 (one way). We strongly advise you to book in advance
the conference shuttle bus service which costs €10 per way, if
booked by May 10th Onsite booking of shuttle service from the airport
will not be available.
Hotels
We advise you to book your accommodation in one of the conference
hotels listed on the COMDYN 2015 website. Please note that all hotels
listed are within walking distance from the venue hotel (Creta Maris).
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that many
Hersonissos’ hotels are located at a distance of 3 km and more from
the Creta Maris Hotel and local public transportation provides
extremely limited options
Congress lunches
Congress lunches can be booked until May 15th the latest. Lunch
tickets after that date cannot be guaranteed. Please note that due to the
venue’s off-city location, the only alternative for meals on site will be
to visit one of the hotel restaurants.
Tours
The deadline for booking tours is May 15th. To avoid any
disappointment, we advise you to pre-book your preference(s) as not
all tour options and dates will be available on-site.
