Kepong, 2016 – Mah Sing Group (Mah Sing) will be launching the final tower of Lakeville Residence on 16
and 17 July (10am – 6pm) at Lakeville Lifestyle Sales Gallery. The development has an estimated gross
development value (GDV) of RM1.5billion and is situated on a 12.38 acres of land.
Visitors will be able to preview The BMW X5 (hybrid) which will be displayed during the launch. Purchasers
of Lakeville Residence over the two­day event will also be entitled for a lucky draw to win premium Apple
products.
Mah Sing’s Group Managing Director Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “We are pleased to announce
that Tower A and B are fully sold while Tower D, E, and F has a 90% take up rate. Looking at the responses
from previous launches, we are confident that the launch of the final tower will also receive positive
responses from public.”
The latest tower features a total of 327 units with 8 types of built up from 977sq ft to 1359 sq ft, priced from
RM598,000. It is targeted to be completed by 2020.
