Please talk with Audrey, our Golf Director, & let her plan your golfing vacation with
accommodations and tee times. Please allow our staff ample time to schedule tee
times. Cancellation and refund policies are established by the golf course and can
not be altered
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY All of Booe Realty’s extra features are subject to
South Carolina sales and accommodations sales tax. All services must be paid in
advance prior to arrival and are subject to the same terms and conditions on the
reservation rental agreement. All charges for damaged or missing items will be
charged to your security deposit. Cancellation at any time of “extra” items are
at the discretion of Booe Realty.

people in your party, the date of your arrival
and departure and your method of payment
for your deposit, is helpful. The earlier you
call the larger the selection of properties.
• Summer reservations are from Saturday to
Saturday (with some exceptions). Office hours
are: Mon.-Sat. 9am - 5pm / Except Peak
Seasons: Sat. 9am-6pm
• Deposit: Deposit to secure your reservation is 1/2
the rental amount plus insurance. We accept cash,
VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, money order
or personal check. Deposits must be received
within 10 days of making the reservation.
Deposits not paid in full by the 11th day Will Be
Cancelled! A confirmation will be sent when your
deposit is paid in full. Please make checks payable
to Booe Realty.
• If you are making a reservation less than
twenty-one days in advance of your arrival, your
reservation must be signed & paid in full by cash,
credit card, money order, or bank certified check
to confirm your reservation.
• CANADIAN CHECKS - We appreciate the
business from our Canadian friends. Please be
sure checks are made payable by a U.S. bank
in U.S. funds.
• To help offset increasing administrative charges,
we will deposit all escrow money deposits in a
South Carolina Financial institution with the
interest accrued payable to Booe Realty.
• Check-In is at Booe Realty Office beginning at
3 pm or when property becomes available.
• Check-Out: 10 am on day of departure. Premises
must be completely vacated and keys returned
to Booe Realty promptly by 10am or your
security deposit will be automatically charged.
There is a charge for lost keys, please refer
to rental agreement.
• Late Check-In: All late check-in guests must call
the answering service at (843) 497-3475. Give
them your name so they can verify your arrival,
and they will give you the combination to the
lock box located by the front door of Booe
Realty’s office. Late check in is after normal
business hours.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for vacation
rentals made on or prior to 21 days before arrival
will be handled as follows:
For Your
Condos or Townhouses - All monies paid will be
refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee and trip
cancellation insurance. Houses and cottages - No
monies will be refunded unless the house is
re-rented for the same time period. Cancellations
of all properties made inside 21 days of arrival will be
handled as follows: All monies will be forfeited unless
the property is re-rented for the exact time period
for the same rate. Monthly rentals forfeit all monies
paid, including deposit, if cancelled inside 60 days of
arrival unless the property is re-rented for the exact
time period for the same rate. Booe Realty reserves
the right to apply guests’ money to another arrival
date. Trip cancellation insurance payments are
NOT refundable.
• Transfer Fee: In the event a transfer is made from
one property to another after the deposit is paid, a
$75 transfer fee will be applied to the reservation.
• Linen Rentals: Linen rentals are available at a cost of
$20 + tax and insurance per bed. Basic supply
includes bath towels, washcloths and the
appropriate bed linen, bath mats and dishtowels.
Booster packs of additional towels are available.
• Tentative Reservations: During your vacation, you
may make plans to reserve the vacation property
for next year. Owners have top priority, followed
by this year’s renter. If you haven’t made a tentative
reservation by check out time, the property may
be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. To
make a tentative reservation, visit or call our office.
• Limited Accidental Damage Waiver Protection will
be included at no extra cost. Details will be provided
at check in, or can be accessed Online.
• Subleasing: This agreement may not be assigned
or subleased without Booe Realty’s prior
written consent.
• Entry: It may be necessary to enter the rental
property during occupancy at a reasonable hour
(8 am - 7 pm daily) for repairs, care or management
of the property. Emergency situations allow for
entry at any time.
• NO outdoor grilling on porches or balconies. Grill
only in designated areas.
• House parties: House Parties are strictly prohibited!
Violators of the house party policy will not be
allowed occupancy and forfeit all deposits paid.
If in violation after occupancy, all monies paid will
be forfeited.
• We accept families, married couples and single
adults 25 years or older.

• Occupancy limited to maximums listed. If more
people are found staying in the property than the
property allows, Booe Realty reserves the right to
evict the guests with all monies forfeited.
• No pets without permission from Booe Realty.
Appropriate fees apply. Guests bringing pets to
approved, pet friendly properties must conform
to local pet regulations.
• We reserve the right to substitute comparable
accommodations without notice or liability should
it become necessary. If comparable accommodations are not available, renter has option of selecting
from available properties at prices shown or
receiving a complete refund of all deposits.
• Units are privately owned and are furnished
according to the owner’s taste. Neither Booe
Realty nor the owner will be obligated to provide
additional furnishings or equipment not presently
available in the unit.
• We do not guarantee air conditioning, phones,
pools, hot tubs or other appliances, but we do
guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as
possible. No refund will be made on their failure.
• Do not charge long distance calls to the phone!
Phone services are provided by an alternate carrier.
You can use any phone card, VISA, MASTERCARD,
etc. to charge your long distance calls.
• All reservations are subject to a $50 reservation
processing fee.
• Cleaning supplies, paper products, trash liners,
soap & dishwasher detergent are not furnished
in properties.
• Boats, trailers and campers are prohibited due to
space limitation. All complexes are limited to parking
for no more than two cars. Some complexes have
parking for only one car. Please inquire about
parking with your reservations.
• Departure Maid Service is required on each
reservation in the amount of $65/1BR $80/2BR,
$95/3BR & cottages, $110/4BR and $170/5BR
condos. Extra cleaning fees apply for houses and
cottages. Departing guests are responsible for
the following:
• 1. Clean & put away all dishes, glasses, pots &
other kitchen utensils
• 2. Put trash in plastic bag & take to dumpster
or outside trash cans.
• 3. If linens are rented from Booe, place in bag
and put on kitchen floor. Please refer to your
welcome letter for a complete list of what is
expected of you when you check out.
• Hurricane Policy: During Hurricane Season
(June thru November) Booe Realty procedures
and refund policies will be posted and provided to
each guest at check in. It is the responsibility of the
guest to take the time to review these policies and
become familiar with them.
• Damage Deposits: All guests are required to
leave cash ($100 to $500) or a MasterCard,
VISA or Discover Card imprint for damage
deposit upon checking in. This will be held by the
rental agent until you have departed and the
property is inspected for any damaged
or missing items. CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE
REFUNDED TO YOU WITHIN 30 DAYS after your
departure, provided you have:
• (1) completed ALL of the required clean-up
duties given to you at check-in.
• (2) completely vacated the property and
returned ALL keys to Booe Realty by 10 am on
departure date.
• (3) have not caused any damage and no items
are missing from the property
• (4) made no long distance calls from the
property.
In the event all of the above items are not
completed by the Guest, all or a portion of your
Security Deposit may be charged at Booe Realty’s
discretion. Lost or misplaced refund checks will
not be reissued until 60 days after original issue
date. Please refer to your welcome letter for a
complete list of what is expected of you at
check out.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties,
including on the beach. Violators are subject to
local prosecution.
• Guests must follow all city, county and state laws.
• Owner’s Closets - Owners sometime leave
personal belongings in a locked closet. Please do
not try to open these closets. Violators will be
responsible for all damages and missing items.
• Continuing in 2016 Booe Realty is offering all of
its guests a travel insurance package through
Red Sky Travel Protection. This nationally known
company will be providing travel insurance on
an “opt out” basis. With many unforeseen
circumstances that may arise (i.e. health, weather),
why not take the insurance coverage and plan a
stress free vacation? Please inquire with a
reservations agent for more details.
