the University of Chicago Hospitals where she served as Chief Resident
during her final year.

I have so many things to tell you about, I don’t know where to begin and I
realize I can’t take up pages and pages to write it all, so here is the short

woman doing extraordinary things in our community. She has overcome
major obstacles in her life and is making differences is the lives of others.

appearance, but medical skin care is also a very important component of the
rejuvenative process, and is often required for long term maintenance as well.
There are many non surgical “preventative maintenance” procedures that we
also provide that can give your skin a more youthful appearance. If you desire

Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center of Barrington, LLC, we offer many non-surgical
procedures to safely rejuvenate and improve your skin’s overall appearance,
minimize fine lines and wrinkles, remove hyper pigmentations ( age spots) from
the face and body, telangiectasias ( spider veins) from the face and body, as well
as laser hair removal with little or no downtime.
The Yag laser facial is designed to treat the signs of aging by using a precise
focused beam of light that stimulates your own collagen growth giving you a more
youthful appearance, while preserving the outer skin layer. The Yag laser facial
additionally improves the overall appearance of the skin by minimizing pore size,
significantly reducing irregular pigmentations and brown spots, and correcting
broken capillaries if indicated. The most significant results can be seen with this
non surgical treatment upon completion of the recommended series. A series of
treatments are recommended for optimal results, and each treatment can be done
in less than an hour with little or no downtime.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is effective in reducing fine lines, "crow's feet," age spots
and acne scars. It also stimulates the production of collagen. It has proven to be
one of our most popular non surgical cosmetic procedures due to the clinically
effective results and minimal downtime. The hand piece delivers fine crystals
onto the surface of the skin, resulting in a gentle abrasion or a "polishing" process.
Each relaxing treatment takes approximately one hour. The number of treatments
recommended for maximal results can range between 5 and 12, spaced from 3 to
4 weeks apart. Many patients desire periodic repeat treatments after the initial
regimen is completed.
Chemical Peels
Chemical Peels help to reduce the depth of facial surface lines, helps smooth rough
skin texture, treats skin discoloration and redness, and assists in clearing acne/
blemished skin. The naturally occurring alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), (Lactic) beta
hydroxy acids (BHAs), and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) loosen dead cells from the
skin’s surface, revealing new, healthy cells. The result? Smooth, radiant, glowing
skin. Chemical peels obtain optimal results when used in combination with other
procedures- all of which vary depending upon your skin type and needs.
Facial Oxygenating Treatment
The Oxy Trio facial treatment is the perfect treatment of choice one to two days
before a holiday function or special event. The highlight of this treatment is the
amazing appearance and glow your face receives after this treatment. The Oxy
Trio treatment is an antioxidant therapy to help fight free radical damage to the
