as a courtesy to you, your insurance

requires that we collect your co-pay at the time of

visit. lf proof of eligibility cannot be established, we
ask that you pay for the visit in full at the time of the
visit. You will have to file the insurance and obtain
any reimbursements. As an alternative, if you do not
wish to use our "After-Hour Services" due to cost, you
may visit the Emergency Department.

City Medical Center in Tennessee. Dr.
Kappes is board certified and has been
practicing in the area since 2000. Dr.
Kappes works at The Center for Pediatric
& Adolescent Medicine,
Dr. Reggie Pllcher:
Graduated from medical school and
residency from MCG. Dr. Pilcher is from
the Augusta area and has been board
certified in pediatrics since 1987.

Dr. Antonio Rosa:
Graduated from the University of Puerto
Rico School of Medicine and completed
his residency at the San Antonio Military
Pediatric Residency Program. Dr. Rosa
has been board certified since 1999 and
has been practicing in Augusta since
2OQ2. Dr. Rosa works at The Center for
Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine.
Dr. Carol Thompson
Graduated with her medical degree
from Mehany University in Nashville,
Tn. Dr. Thompson did her residency in
New Orleans, La. and practiced as a
board certified Pediatrician there until
hurricaine Katrina destroyed her practice.
Afterwards she returned to Augusta and
works at "Kids First Pediatrics".
