MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION - HOW WILL THIS AFFECT YOU?
All online home banking members will be required to re-enroll in MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) at their first log in AFTER May 12, 2015.
The re-enrollment will ONLY change your security questions, answers,
image and phrase. Your User ID and password will NOT be changing
during this process. You will need to:
1. Clear all session cookies from your device.
(Depending on the version of Internet Explorer, go to the
Toolbar/Tools/Internet Options/Browsing History/Delete then
select “Cookies”, click delete then click ok) Steps may vary Google your Internet version for these steps.
2. Select 3 questions in the drop downs provided. Previously
selected questions can be reused, with the same security
answer.
3. Select an image and passphrase. This can also be the same
information that was previously entered.
Coming late summer 2015 . . .
Augusta West Parkway Branch
The Augusta West Parkway Branch is slated for completion late
this summer. Once open, members will be greeted with a new
concept in their credit union experience. Technology will be at
the center of the Augusta West Parkway Branch, from Wi-Fi to
service kiosks and more, convenience and ease of use has been
at the forefront when planning this new facility.
Members will be proud to call this new branch their Credit
Union. We look forward to serving both current and new
members alike at the Augusta West Parkway Branch.
