BOARD OF DIRECTORS & SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE ELECTIONS
There are three (3) terms expiring on the Board of Directors. The following three incumbent Directors have
been nominated for election by the Nominating Committee:
Dr. Gloria Toy, Ms. Linda Cratic, and Ms. Gail Turner
There are four (4) terms expiring on the Supervisory Committee. The following four incumbent Members have
been nominated for election:
Mr. Jerry White, Jr., Mr. Donald Morant, Mrs. Michele Mitchell, and Ms. Marie Andrews
The Nominating Committee consists of Jerry White, Chairman, Donald Morant, Michele Mitchell and Marie Andrews.
Nominations for vacancies may also be made, but only by petition.
