INDIVIDUALS OR COMPANIES SUBMITTING A CLAIM ACKNOWLEDGE AN
UNDERSTANDING OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All claims must be
postmarked by January 31, 2016, for purchases made between July 1, 2015, and December 31,
2015. Please allow 8 weeks for claim processing. Registration for offer via RapidRebate.net is
required. Offer is open to independently-operated restaurants or foodservice establishments
in the U.S. with three or fewer units. One rebate claim per foodservice operation registrant
and location (purchases cannot be pooled across locations). Invoice proof-of-purchase
(including invoice price) for Bay Valley® Brand, Cains®, Naturally Fresh®, Rod’s®, Saucemaker™,

Cains®, Naturally Fresh® and Rod’s® products dressings products, $5 per case for selected
Saucemaker™ and Bay Valley® Brand cheese sauces, $3 per case for selected Mi Pueblo™
cheese sauces, and $3 per case for Schwartz’s® and Bay Valley® Brand pickle products.
Qualifying registrants are eligible to earn up to $500 for purchases in one category, up to
$500 for purchases in a second category, and up to $500 for purchases in a third category,
for a maximum rebate of up to $1,500 per registrant. Case purchases or invoices submitted
for this promotion are not eligible for other promotions offered by Bay Valley Foods.
Bay Valley Foods reserves the right to disqualify rebate claims submitted without invoice
or claims it determines are fraudulent. Bay Valley Foods reserves the right to cancel this
promotion at any time without liability.
