Design
The PhiBer Bale Accumulator rs designed to group bales into a package that will
match both loader capabilities and stacking preferences. In short, accumulate bales
the way they are going to be handled. This greatly improves efficiency in handling
bales while minimiiing capital costs. The Accumulator is also designed to be very
simple, with few moving parts, yet work in a variety of conditions including silage.

In cab monitor
The PhiBer Bale Accumulator is fully automatic featuring different dump patterns (see
right). The Accumulator is designed to work with both haylage and dry hay with a
range of bale lengths from 4.5' to 9', The in cab monitor informs the operator of how
many bales and where the bales are on the deck at any given time. This monitor also
allows operator to eject bales at any time and choose the automatic dump pattern.
The PhiBer Accumulator is aiso designed for simplicity of service, the only regular
maintenance required Is the castor wheels. PhiBer has two models that will fit most
makes of 32.5" (80cm) or 48" (120cm) wide large square balers.

The PhiBer Bale Accumulator has four optional automatic dump patterns allowing the
operator to arrange bales together into a package that can be handled efficiently. The
automatic dump patterns are shown on the left. The operator can also manually eject
the bales at any time if windrowing the bales is desired, this is done using PhiBer's
patented bale support spring. Group bales together in a package that will match the
loader capabilities as well as operator stacking preferences.

PhiBer OB Series Grabs
The Econo Grab handles bales traditionally
using 32" spears to carry the majority of the
weight. The PhiBer Econo Grab is unique
because of the cast teeth that hold the bales
tight to the frame improving stability while
handling bales. Two options include 48" spikes
and a bale extension on the top of the frame to
add an extra bale. PhiBer has two models that
handle two to four bales. Models include 2
Bale Econo and 3 Bale Econo.
Handle groups of bales together at one time
with the 04 series Bale Grab. The 04 series
grabs have solid rockshafts, so all the teeth
open and close at the same time. Use the
loader's 90 degrees of roll to rotate the bales
a quarter turn to stack bales strings to the
side. PhiBer has three models to choose from,
that handle two to four bales. Models include
204, 304 and 404.
Handle bales individually while grouping them
together with the 08 series Bale Grab, With the
OS series Grabs operators have individual
control over each gang of teeth using electric
over hydraulic controls. Use the loader's 90
degrees of roll to rotate the bales a quarter
turn to stack bales strings to the side. PhiBer
has five models to choose from, handling two
to four bales. Models include 208-IT, 208,
308-IT, 308 and 408.
