It is a study of natural movement and structural alignment to optimize the flow of energy (Qi) in the body. In training, we slow down our movement in order to examine more closely our alignment and posture, to heighten our awareness, and to cultivate our intrinsic, power and improve our balance. The obstacles and exercises will be in and around the Community Centre (depending on the weather) using inner stairs, hallways, park and fitness centre. The course will include eye hand coordination drills, speed agility drills, and explosive cardio drills incorporating free weights, rope ladder, gym stick and other equipment.
