certainly revolutionized its cohorts. J.

produced
award-winning graphic designs for over
15 years and competes in regional as
well as nati onal competitions.
Each year a vehicle is chosen to be
tricked-out and transformed into a
one-of-a-kind moving statement along
with the combined efforts of local
sponsors and area vendors. A 1996
Honda Civic Coupe was chosen as Auto
Trim DESIGN’s ‘2000 project car.
Custom Body Graphics in Silver,
Charcoal, Black, White and Yellow, and
the Front Windshield Banner were
created and installed by J. Michael
Thienel and his creative design crew.
The Sun-Guard Metallized Window Film,
installed by Shannon Sells, the area’s
best window tinter, makes for incognito
travel.
First plan of attack for this Coupe is a stop at Nik’s Auto Body & Sales for a fresh custompaint job in it’s Factory Red topped off with five coats of clear with PPG’s
Prismatic Gli tter for a stunning finish. For a new set of treads it’s off to Baumgart’s Tire & Wheel where a set of BF Goodrich Scorchers are paired with sporty 17”
Niche All oy Rims which create the perfectmatch for a dynamic look.
It’s time to get our sassy ride pumped up with an awesome, custom designed sound systemfrom Muntz Audio. A Clarion CD Deck and Tuner was installed matched
with Rockford Fosgate Subwoofers and Amps along with Diamond Audio speakers, all custom painted to match the exterior. This Coupe didn’t stop the crew at
Muntz….theymet the challenge and created a custom Sub-Box with overhead neon lighting in the trunk compartment to house all this jamming equipment.
This chariot makes for a very smooth ride being equipped with JAMEX Suspension along with Neuspeed Front and Rear Anti-Sways. You can hear our Coupe
coming before it strikes due to its polished stainless steel performance cat-back exhaust with tip, all provided courtesy of Gibson Performance Exhaust. Nor can it
be concealedby night with it’s Street Glow Under Car Neon Lighting system in purple and turquoise with remote operation.
Other exterior enhancements creating this mesmerizing look include: Custom Painted Brake Calipers and Drums, PIAA Fog/Driving Lamps, Custom Painted GTS
Headlight Covers, Xenon Headlight Lamp Bulbs and a GTS Smoke Rear Window Deflector and Sunroof Deflector. For an ultra-sleek look, all exterior emblems have
been shaved. You’ll be able to see what struck as you get a rear view of the Wings West 3-Piece Spoiler with Light. Moreover, a Wings West “W” Type 3-Piece
ground effects make for a ground hugging effect.
To complete the look, interior enhancements were
added which include: Benevento Brushed Aluminum
Dash kit, Folia-Tec Carbon Fiber and Anodized Black
Shift Handle, Folia-Tec Carbon Fiber and Anodized
Red Brake Lever Handle, Folia-Tec Silver Anodized
Foot Pedals and Folia-Tec Shoulder Racing Pads.
Under the hood it packs a punch with Decorative
Yellow Wire Looms and ACCEL Yellow Plug Wires.
This Honda commands attention, but I think you’ll find
the real rebel behind the wheel when this revolution
comes your way. LOOK OUT!!!
