Glittering mirrors and drapery enhance the elegance of the room. The Crystal Ballroom is the jewel of the Biltmore with a rich history tied to both the Hotel and old Hollywood. The Crystal Ballroom can accommodate approximately 350-400 guests with a dance floor. This does not include seating the balconies. $45,000 Food & Beverage Minimum Required on a Saturday Evening Minimum Does Not Include Tax & Service Reduced Food & Beverage Minimums are offered Sunday thru Friday Ask a Catering Manager for Details The Tiffany Ballroom The Tiffany Ballroom is an impressive, yet intimate setting with a beautiful wood vaulted ceiling and graceful colonnades. Beautiful friezes depicting Columbus and Queen Isabella line the room’s north wall. The Tiffany Ballroom is directly adjacent to the Crystal Ballroom and is connected by a series of doors along one side. For this reason, the two rooms are often used in combination for a reception and dinner. The Tiffany Ballroom can accommodate a reception for approximately 250 – 300 persons. The Gold Ballroom The Gold Ballroom is built on two levels separated by a curving balustrade and tall columned arches. The room features gold coffered ceilings, rich drapery, wood-paneled walls and crystal chandeliers. The lower tier serves as an intimate foyer or reception area to complement your dining or dancing space on the upper tier. The Emerald Ballroom was the Hotel’s original dining room. Rounded faux-travertine columns and weighty bronze chandeliers create a stately and dramatic setting for a wedding ceremony or a wedding reception with dinner. The capacity for the Emerald Room is about 150-200 with a dance floor. It also can be used as an indoor ceremony site that can seat about 250 persons, theater style. include unlimited consumption. Minimum revenue of $575.00 per bar is required. If not achieved, the difference will be posted to meet the minimum Food & Beverage Pricing Subject to a 23% Service Charge and 9% Sales Tax Pricing Valid until December 2014 Policies and Procedures All events wedding events are required to contract a professional wedding coordinator from the Hotel’s pre-approved list. All outside caterers must be selected from the Hotel’s pre-approved list. Events requesting use of an outside caterer will be held only Sunday through Friday only. Events occurring on a Holiday will incur an additional per person charge. The Millennium Biltmore Hotel will be preparing menus for other events on the day of your event so it is critical that we have a complete understanding of your caterers needs so we can staff and prepare adequately. Therefore, a copy of the menu to be served and all equipment requested by your caterer must be given to the Millennium Biltmore Hotel no less than 14-days prior to the event date, in writing. Failure by the Caterer to return the kitchen in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was received may result in additional cleaning fees being incurred by the client or loss of the security/damage deposit. The package is based on a 7-hour event, if the event exceeds 7 hours, an additional charge of $1,000 inclusive applies for each additional hour, or any part of that hour. Additional room rental charges will apply for Ketubah, Tish and Bedeken rooms. An Optional Gift or Coat Attendant is available at a rate of $250.00 charge for 4-hours. Each additional hour or any part of that hour is an additional $50.00. Sound equipment and Microphones for the Ceremony are not included. Engineering and production costs such as sound, lighting, electrical amperage and labor charges are not included. All Catering events require a security and damage deposit equivalent to 15-20% of the estimated total charges at the time the contract is signed. This deposit is not deducted from the balance but held in reserve for any unforeseen charges including damage to the facility or a cleaning fee that may be incurred. Full pre-payment of the estimated total charges are due no later than fourteen (14) days in advance of the event. Failure by the client or client’s vendor to return the room in the same condition as it was presented – clean, orderly and free from debris or display refuse may result in additional cleaning fees being incurred by the client or loss of the security/damage deposit.
