About Arnel’s Originals Products
•Organic Buckwheat Bread Mix - both nutritious (made with
organic flours) and delicious (soft, versatile, satisfying)
•All Purpose Flour & Pie Crust Mix - the perfect blend of three
flours with a touch of sea salt and xanthan gun to hold it all together
Can be used in any recipe that calls for GF flour and is formulated to
make a perfect flakey pie crust, moth-watering cookies, and sweet
breads.
•Pancake & Waffle Mix - Made with finely ground organic brown rice
flour, almond meal and organic flax meal; this mixture can also be
used for waffles, crepes (savory or sweet), and to put a crispy coating
on poultry, fish, or vegetables.
•Make-a-Cake, Your Way - Finally, a moist GF cake mix that can be
made into any flavor (brownies, vanilla, chocolate, lemon, etc) and

Company Profile and History
Because those of us with a compromised immune system need to eat foods that supply our bodies with nutritious whole foods, as well as taste delicious, Arnel’s Originals was born. In 1996, there were very few gluten free products on the market and what was available was sorely lacking in taste, texture, and/or nutrition. In order to feed her young family, Arnel creatively baked and after eight years of experimenting, Arnel’s Originals Organic Buckwheat Bread was born. Luckily, delicious gluten free bread was and still is just the thing gluten intolerant people are looking for. Arnel goes out of her way to serve the gluten free community. From baking advice, to nutritional guidance, Arnel is committed to making life a little easier for those she meets. Arnel still bakes fresh bread, cookies, and pizza crusts for the Ojai Farmers Market in southern California. She is closely connected to her local community and gives talks on how to eat gluten free, and assists local hospitals and restaurants to safely feed the gluten free community. I made your gluten-free bread for the first time today and
WOW! Unbelievable. It is hands down, without compare, the best
gluten free bread I have tried since I was diagnosed in 2003. I have
tried dozens of pre-packaged mixes, and have also done a fair amount
of GF baking from scratch, but the texture and flavor of this bread are
unparalleled (no need to toast!). Equally as important, it's made from
whole grains and flax. Many thanks for a great product!

Hello Arnel,
I purchased your bread mix last week at the Farmers market in Ojai. I just made
my first loaf last night…WOW! I can’t tell you how pleased I was with this
bread. I LOVE IT! I made a grill cheese, Peanut Butter and Jelly toast and a
nice turkey burger (I made two buns as well) all in one day. I know if I keep that
up I will be as big as a house. It’s been one year since I was diagnosed with
Celiac and haven’t had a sandwich since. I want to thank you very much for
bringing back my favorite sandwiches into my life again. I hope to ride down to
Ojai soon to pick up a few more mixes…if not, I know I can always purchase
