THE NEW GENERATION OF HIGH EFFIC
This water heating system is a stainless steel water
tubes condensing appliance, with low pollution, fully
modulating premixed burner. It is available in different
powers from 50,000 Btu/hr to 1,000,000 Btu/hr and in
wall-mounted or floor standing version.
The high efficiency heat exchanger allows the creation
of compact and light appliances with the possibility of
installing them in very small mechanical rooms.
Boiler versions can be connected to any type of heating
installation such as radiators, radiant panels, fan-coils,
etc..; water heater versions can be connected to any
D.H.W. production system and pool heaters can be
connected to any pool heating system.
All our appliances are equipped with premixed burners,
built in Fecralloy fibre, for a high efficiency combustion
and low polluting emissions (CO<15 ppm and NOx<15

IENCY CONDENSING HEATING SYSTEMS

Cosmomix and the pneumatic gas valve, at negative
pressure, allows appliances to reach turndown ratio up
to 20:1, adapting it to all load variations requested by
the system during different seasons and maintaining a
high combustion and efficiency.
Appliances are versatile respect to PVC, CPVC, stainless
steel and polypropylene venting systems and thanks to
the high head fan they can discharge up to 120 ft long.
They can also be connected to the combustion air duct
to have sealed system respect to the ambient.
Appliances are also equipped with: condensate siphon,
flue gas pressure switch, water flowmeter and water
pressure sensor.

(Radial Variable Circulation) heat exchanger.
The core of all appliances is the new generation of heat
exchangers type R.V.C..
It is composed by 3 series of stainless steel round tubes.
In particular, the tube closest to the burner is built in
AISI 316Ti (TITANIUM) stainless steel.
These tubes are assembled and hydraulically connected
without welding, maintaining unaltered the chemical
and physical characteristics of the stainless steel, with
maximum warranty against corrosion.
Exceptional efficiency up to 98%.
Heat exchanger with low pressure drops and a high
resistance to the working pressure, up to 160 PSI (11 bar).
The external case is realized with an innovative
composite material PPX 830, which gives it exceptional
robustness, lightness and durability in time.

A unique range of products (boilers, water heaters and pool
heaters) with a uniformity of functions and, consequently,
easy to instruct throughout the whole supply and service
chain. Spare parts (fan, gas valve, control board, display
board, spark generator, pressure sensor, flow sensor,
temperature sensors, ignition electrode, detection
electrode, Modbus board) are the same for all power range
from 199 kBtu/hr up to 1000 kBtu/hr for all, boiler, water
heater and pool heater series. The after sales service
can do maintenance on all appliances with a very limited
number of spare parts.

steel that work in cascade mode

AGUAdens 750T, 1000T
condensing floor standing water heater
AGUAdens 750T and AGUAdens 1000T
are condensing water heaters that
can be installed directly on the floor
thanks to their power, reduced size
and lightness, freeing space inside
mechanical rooms. AGUAdens 750T
and AGUAdens 1000T are equipped
with 3 or 4 R.V.C. heat exchangers
made of AISI 316Ti (titanium) stainless
steel that work in cascade mode with
unit power at 250,000 Btu/hr.
The turndown ratio is up to 20:1.
Every heat exchanger is equipped
with all control and safety devices.
The water heater, being a multiheat exchanger, has more reliability
in case of malfunction occurring to
one module, while the others work
without any problem. Furthermore,
multiple exchangers have power
control boards that communicate
among them and handle the power
output of every module in a uniform
and coordinated way in order to
guarantee the maximum efficiency,
turnover and a uniform wearing out.
