Organizatión Organization Competences SerSoft is an administration software which works through competences; allowing its user to define the competences, skills, attitudes and knowledge required by the company. In addition to that, it is possible to create relational matrix that allow a clear managing with five levels of qualification. Every position this one related to a number of competences. SerSoft allows to define categories and its related positions. Each position is directly related to its salary level, working benefits, skills and competences. Organization Structure of The Organization SerSoft allows to establish company’s structure in a hierarchical fashion or by areas / departments. Additionally, through SerSoft one can generate the flowchart of both the hierarchical and departmental structures of a company; exporting it to Excel in an horizontal or vertical form selecting the levels. Flowchart Recruitment and Selection Recruitment and Selection is a rapid and flexible module that simplifies the process of selection. It holds an applicants' database, with which it is possible to obtain the best professionals where and when more the are most needed. Recruitment and Selection Board of Vacancies The Board of Vacancies allows us to visualize all pending personnel requisitions. It shows us the information of the applicants, the requisition and allows us to do an assessment of the applicant, based on the specifications of the position he/she applied for. Recruitment and Selection Record and Selection of applicants Recruitment and Selection is a rapid and flexible module that simplifies the process of selection. It holds an applicants database, with which it is possible to obtain the best professionals where and when more they need. All the information is registered once. It validates information like RFC, IMSS, CURP. It is possible to keep records of interviews, work experience, personal references, computing skills, languages spoken, courses taken, certifications obtained and studies’ background. Recruitment and Selection PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS Our system generates all kinds of documents such as contracts, invitations and memorandums; taking the information from SerSoft's database. It is possible to select one or several persons.
