SerSoft is an administration software which works through
competences; allowing its user to define the competences,

addition to that, it is possible to create relational matrix that
allow a clear managing with five levels of qualification.

Recruitment and Selection is a rapid and flexible module that
simplifies the process of selection. It holds an applicants
database, with which it is possible to obtain the best
professionals where and when more they need.
All the information is registered once. It validates information
like RFC, IMSS, CURP. It is possible to keep records of
interviews, work experience, personal references, computing
skills, languages spoken, courses taken, certifications obtained
and studies’ background.
