Gli impianti per decorazione Transfer su supporti
multimediali CD-DVD sono parte della produzione
digitale GMC. Essi hanno prerogative uniche in merito
a qualità di stampa e facilità di utilizzo. Rappresentano
un’ottima soluzione per la produzione in tempo reale
“just in time”.
Il progetto DISCOTRON 171 / DIGITRON è nato
per soddisfare, tramite una facile gestione, quindi
con macchine semplici, la decorazione di CD e
DVD anche con immagini complesse, superando
le difficoltà tipiche della gestione relativa alla
costruzione degli impianti di stampa e di
regolazione delle macchine tradizionali da stampa.

DISCOTRON 171 transfers the images which are
produced by DIGITRON printers, using dry powder
Toner ink, onto coils of anti-adherent paper or plastic
material (commercial siliconised coils of paper/plastic
used as a support for autostick labels).
This transfer process is a thermo-mechanical mix
patented by GMC-ITALY by which they are used special
fuser and transfer roller.

La macchina DISCOTRON 171 è dotata di handling
per la gestione degli spindle porta dischetti, che per
mezzo di un appropriato pick and place vengono
caricati in macchina per essere decorati.
La speciale struttura dell’handling permette di
operare il carico degli spindle con dischetti non decorati
e lo scarico di quelli decorati senza dover arrestare la
macchina.

DIGITRON/DISCOTRON project was born to satisfy,
by an easy management, by machinery which needn’t
for skilled people, the decoration of CDs/DVDs by any
kind of images avoiding the difficulties and expenses
of the traditional machinery such as the manufacturer
of printing systems and the regulation of traditional
machinery.
La macchina DISCOTRON 171 opera il trasferimento
di immagini prodotte con le stampanti elettro-grafiche
a toner secco, modelli DIGITRON, impresse su
bobine di film plastico o cartaceo siliconato; tale
materiale commerciale viene comunemente usato
come supporto per materaile autoadesivo.
Il processo di trasferimento termo-meccanico è
brevettato da GMC-ITALIA utilizzando fusori e rulli
speciali per il trasferimento.
Le macchine DISCOTRON 171, possono trasferire
immagini a Toner realizzate con stampanti DIGITRON su
superfici trattate con vernice bianca termo transfer.

multimedia supports, CD-DVD-..., by GMC are a part
of the digital production of GMC’s Machinery.
These machinery are a excellent solution due to
printing quality and to the very easy management, so
they are the perfect solution for «just in time»
production.
Il meccanismo “brevettato” di posizionamento e di
transfer per la movimentazione del disco permette un
ottimo registro immagine disco ed un eccellente
trasferimento del colore.
Transfer DISCOTRON machinery need for CD/DVDs
surface a white support that can be applied by a
traditional color silk screen machine. The white may t
be UV thermo tranfer ink, s.a. CDR-TH01/G295

DISCOTRON 171 is equipped by a handling equipment
to manage the spindles of CD/DVDs so by a special pick
and place equipment the CD/DVDs are loaded into the
machine for the decoration and unloaded after this
operation whitout stopping the machine during the
work.
The “patented” device for positioning the object and for
tranferring the images allow a very good image -register
and colours transfer.
