At The Lodges of Durand, what separates us from other
senior communities is our large one and two bedroom
apartments. We offer independent living to those who
may want the comfort and security of a 24 hours staffed
building, but can provide their own personal care. We
offer three full meals a day, a full activity program, 24
hour security, and we'll be right there if you need us. So
if you are independent, need some services, or have
memory care needs, The Lodges of Durand is for you.

Early Stage
Those with just beginning stage dementia live comfortably with
other assisted living residents. They can participate in most
activities and help with their own care needs. We are especially
understanding that they now have new challenges, and are
sensitive to their new, special needs.
Primary Stage
Here residents can enjoy walking inside or out, participate in
specially designed activities and enjoy being “in the moment”.
Our Carefriends provide just the right amount of loving care
they need, encouraging each person to continue to do what
they can do for as long as they can.
Later Stage
A beautiful and warm environment with activities that focus on
stimulating the senses, the specially trained Carefriends are
compassionate and respectful of both the resident and
families, so everyone can enjoy each other and each day as
much as possible.
