How to get there
Göttingen, set in the South of Lower Saxony
– in the middle of Germany – is easily accessible via the North-South A7 autobahn and
the country roads B3 and B27. Göttingen
main station is rail stop for the ICE-fast train,
ensuring a quick and comfortable journey.
From Hannover airport you can reach Göttingen by train in about an hour.

Opening-event

From July 23rd to July 27th 2016 the “Erlebnis
Turnfest” takes place in Göttingen for the second
time since 1955. The preparations for the biggest
spectacle of popular sports in Northern Germany with about 20.000 participants and 300.000
guests are now at full stretch. The main part is
going to be the adventure-path with a bunch of exciting activities for everyone. The path ends at the
adventure-park with the two main stages located
near Lake “Kiessee”.
The “Erlebnis Turnfest” is going to be opened with
a breath-taking show on our stage at Kiessee.
