The project is at 80% occupancy up to date and Harbor managed to attract Carrefour to rent 90% of the retail space within the tower which is considered a breakthrough achievement as Harbor managed to break the monopoly that was set by Al Maya Group who dominated all the retail supermarket spaces at the renowned JBR strip for years.
