We recommend you wash your mat prior to first use. New mats may have a slight
residue left over from the manufacturing process. You can remove the residue by:
1. Using Hugger Mugger’s Pure Mat spray. Natural ingredients.
2. Wiping the mat lightly with a dilluted solution of alcohol-free soap and water. This
solution is 20 parts water and 1 part alcohol-free soap. Allow mat to dry completely
before storage or use.
