Co-operation with other Group companies
Maflow is willing to co-operate with Group companies in order to supply aluminum
and plastic components. Today Maflow works with other entities in the Group:
 Partnership with Boryszew ERG during production of plastic caps (transport
security) which has the potential for growth. The first project will be launched in
July this year.
 Production of aluminum pipes with NPA Skawina.
 Purchase of raw materials by our suppliers in Boryszew Group for the production
of aluminum bands for Philips.
 Maintenance of Elana PET and Health and Safety of Elana.

NPA Skawina’s planned investments in the coming years
include:
 further development of wire and cable production along with micro wire
production for the automotive industry,
 production of aluminum, copper and copper alloy pipes mainly for Maflow’s

was founded in 1966 as a national company producing primary
aluminum.
1972 – rolling mill (Zakład Walcowni) start up which produced aluminum strips
2008 – merger of Impexmetal S.A. and Huta Konin
Today Huta Aluminum Konic produces high quality aluminium and aluminum alloy sheets and
strips. The company’s production aims to satisfy the needs of the automotive, packaging,

is a world-renown manufacturer of semi-finished non-ferrous metals such as brass rods, brass
tubes and coin blanks.
The company was founded in 1896 and is based in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the Silesia
province. The company has two main production departments. The first one includes Press
Shop and Drawing Mill Department and Foundry Department with brass rod and tube

Zinc-titanium gutters
We offer a complete package of gutter systems made of zinctitanium sheets both bright-rolled and pre-aged. Gutter
components are in accordance with BS EN 612 standard. A variery
of sizes allows choosing optimum guttering. Traditional soldering
or gluing system does not require additional connectors or seal. A
properly installed gutter system will ensure effective drainage of
the building.

Zinc anodes are applied in zinc coating of steel elements in electroplating process.
Application of SHG zinc (99.995% Zn) assures zinc layer of the highest quality.

Zinc wire Zn99,99 and zinc alloy wire ZnAl15 are used to apply zinc coatings by metal
spraying process on steel products in order to protect them from corrosion. The wire
also finds its application in the electronics industry. SHG zinc of the highest purity
(99,995%) is used in the production process.
The application of zinc coatings by spraying is a method of anticorrosive protection.

 Refined lead
Designed for rolled products, however, depending on the contractor’s needs, there is a
number of possible modifications with reference to additives and impurities. The main
contractors are usually manufacturers of lead-acid batteries.
 Lead alloys
The production is based on lead alloys with various additives i.e. antimony (Sb),
selenium (Se), calcium (Ca) and tin (Sn).
 Polypropylene
It is manufactured during the recycling of scrap batteries and often referred to as
chips, contaminant-free. Used by garden furniture and road materials manufacturers
and serves for construction forms, etc.
 Sodium sulphate
High quality product made during scrap batteries recycling. It is then sold on the Polish
household chemicals manufacturing market.

The company’s main focus is on the production of auxiliary equipment for plastics processing. This group
includes several chemical agents for polyvinyl chloride, its copolymers, cellulose and rubber processing.
They are used during the production process of nitrocellulose lacquers, chlorinated rubber and
polystyrene lubricating oils as well as vinyl-acrylic dispersions.

London as a part of Anglodal.
Nearly 40 years ago, in January 1974 London’s office transformed into an
independent English business FLT&Metals Ltd. with two division-operation
centers, bearings and metals.
Several years ago, the bearings division turned into an independent
company - FLT Bearings.

Our main product is lead concentrates. On the market, we face large global
competitors, however, we can compete by negotiating long-term contracts.
Suppliers highly appreciate our reliable contract execution - both timely delivery
of goods and payments. We also co-operate with smaller companies in several
countries, ie. by selling semi-manufactured goods produced by Impexmetal plants.
Thanks to our successful business relationships we buy batch metals from small and
medium-sized companies to satisfy Impexmetal’s needs. We also trade in the same
way outside of the Impexmetal Group.

NYLONBOR was founded in 1997 as a joint venture with the English company
NYLACAST LTD. From the very beginning it has been producing polyamide 6 by
casting (Cast Nylon) in the form of sleeves, rods and boards. Thanks to years of
experience, our products have become popular both on the domestic and
international market.
In 2004 NYLONBOR began worked independently as NYLONBOR Sp. z o.o. Since then,
the company has improved the technology, working with Swiss firms and the
Technical Universities in Łódź and Warsaw, introducing new products to the market.
In 2006 NYLONBOR started manufacturing battlefield simulators for the film and
military industry.
Since 2010, we have been working closely with the Air Force Institute of Technology
resulting in product development of products for testing air defense systems. Since
2011, the Company has had its own processing center for construction materials
which has allowed to expand the range of ready products (such as gears, rollers ,
spools).

Nylonbor
During polyamide production, NYLONBOR uses various raw materials with the main AP
quality caprolactam provided by long-term supplier Brueggemann company.
Caprolactam is supplied in bags of multi-layered aluminum foil and hermetically
packaged, ensuring the water content at no more than 0.02%, which is required by
technology.
The main supplier of the other raw materials is Nylacast, as the production is based on
its technology. Based on their long-term experience, the company’ has acquired
auxiliary raw material suppliers (masterbatches) and expanded its product portfolio
with color varieties. All raw materials used in the production process must be
dedicated to the method of casting and meet the highest quality requirements.
