Objectives
 Establish and institutionalize a Grade 11 and 12
Model that will develop trained and qualified
talent for the BPO industry
 Contribute to BPAP Road Map on talent
demand towards 2016
 Explore alternative sources of potential talent
beyond those from traditional sources
 Determine effectivity of ADM Higher School
Curriculum in producing qualified talent for BPO
industry
 Produce trained and BPO talent with entry level
skills
 Target High School passers / graduates who
are:
 Needing immediate job placement
 Do not intend to pursue Higher Education in
the near future
