Land & Barn Rental Pricing
May - October
Monday - Thursday
Due to weather we are not able to have weddings or
events in the Barn or on the Land November-April
Due to Saturday weddings or events we are unable
to hold Friday or Sunday weddings or events.
This rental day includes Friday for
set-up and Sunday for tear down.

Tasting Room Rental Pricing

Rental fee includes chairs, tables, set-up and tear-down.
Accomodates up to 60 people for seated events and up to 100 people for standing events.
Due to Tasting Room operating hours rental times are limited to after business hours.
Corporate Events in the Barn
$500 an hour (Minimum of 2 hours) Weekdays only Rental fee
includes chairs, tables, set-up and tear-down.

• Event Coordinator:
- Planning and consultation prior to event
- Detailed floor plans
- Set-up assistance
- Rehearsal assistance
- Coordination of all on-site activities
• Use of property day before event for set-up
• All chairs and tables owned by the vineyard
• Set-up of all vineyard chairs and tables
• Arch and wine barrels available for use
• Bridal Suite/Event Room with full kitchen
• Rehearsal time on day prior to event
• Parking and parking attendent available
• Use of property for portraits
• Electricity available throughout property
• Use of property day after event for clean-up
