FIESTA STARTS FAST.
Right out of the gate Ford Fiesta drew worldwide raves from drivers, both on and off the track. And
the accolades are bound to multiply after Mikko Hirvonen powered his Fiesta to a 1-2-3 sweep for
Ford at the WRC Rally Sweden. The defending Rally Sweden champs took an overnight lead and
then finished strong to capture the opening round of the 2011 World Rally Championship. Fiesta
driver Ken Block flashed his mad skills as well, when he launched the race’s longest jump at over
121 feet, to claim the Colin’s Crest Award. Fiesta also made noise on this side of the pond, when
Dillon Van Way won RallyCar’s Rally America Sno*Drift 2WD class to kick off the 2011 RallyCar Rally
America National Championship season. Ford Fiesta has made an immediate impact on the sport
and its early success this season makes it the car to beat.

Welcome to the 2011 STPR Rally!
Dear Performance Rally Fans,
Welcome to the 35th edition of STPR®. It simply doesn’t
get any better in North America than the Waste Management Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally Presented By
Citizens and Northern Bank. Whether this is your first time
or your 35th, we hope the thrill of watching “real” cars hurtle
through forests and fields through mud and dust at high
speeds will spark your interest in rallying, RallyCross, racing
motorsports and Rally America.
You will have your chance to see the cars on the Subaru
Super Special Stage at the Tioga County Fairgrounds on
Friday evening or in the forest in the daylight. More is being
planned for the Saturday running of the Super Special. Super
Special tickets for both Friday and Saturday nights are on
sale now at Tioga Publishing or at the Wellsboro Chamber of
Commerce. Buy them early and avoid the lines!
Please take a moment and visit our sponsors either at the
Fairgrounds or on the Green. We would like to thank Waste
Management, Citizen and Northern Bank, Subaru and
DCNR.
If what you see at this event is something that you’d like to
become a part of, we urge you to start at www.stpr.org to
volunteer for next year’s event or www.rally-america.com.
Starting at either one of these sources will you get pointed in
the right direction.
Again, all of us from Finger Lakes STPR Motorsports
welcome you to the STPR® and we hope your weekend is a
great one.
Dear Rally Friends:
Join with us in the celebration of the 35th annual STPR®.
We are honored to host the event. The Waste Management

Citizens and Northern Bank is an important and integral part
of our community.
Over the years we have enjoyed your fellowship and have
had the opportunity to form lasting friendships. We look
forward to many more years of working together to make this
event successful.
We are proud of our area and hope your visit will be pleasant
and rewarding. Please take this time to learn more about us.
Visit the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, our lakes and forests,
and come back to enjoy our many other events held during
the year. For more information on the Wellsboro Area contact

We are proud to support the 2011 Waste Management Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally® Presented by
Citizens and Northern Bank, and equally proud of our commitment to sustainability, environmental protection and the
conservation of our natural resources.
Waste Management, Inc. is North America’s leading provider of integrated environmental solutions. We partner with
our customers and communities to manage and reduce waste from collection to disposal while recovering valuable
resources and creating clean, renewable energy.
Green energy from more than 120 methane gas recovery projects at Waste
Management’s landfills generates over 540 megawatts of power. Waste is
used to create enough energy to power more than 1 million homes every year.
Best of luck to all the participants at this year’s rally. Keep it on
the road, and we’ll keep the road green.
And, Waste Management landfills provide more than 25,000 acres
of protected land for wildlife habitat and more than 65 landfills
have been certified by the Wildlife Habitat Council.

Watch Rally Safely!!!
Cars are coming fast and we need everyone to follow safety rules to keep you and the competitors from
unnecessary risk. When attending a rally race please watch the sport from designated spectator areas. Being
in the wrong place at the wrong time WILL cancel a stage and can threaten the longevity of the entire event!
• Listen to all STPR Rally Marshals.
• Do not cross barricades and banner tape.
• Do not stand on outside of corners and no closer
than 100 feet.
• No fires and leave area cleaner than you found it.
• Cars arrive approximately in 1 minute intervals.
Stage is “Hot” until sweep vehicles have passed
(will have yellow flashing lights).
• Be wary and alert at all times! Be ready to move if
a car is out of control… don’t sit down or ever turn
your back to competition.
• Sometimes cars will catch others on stage and
their sound will be masked by the car in front of
them.
• Drugs, alcohol and firearms are not permitted in
the forest. They can be confiscated.
• Spectators using family radios (FRS) are request
-ed to use channels 1 through 10.
• IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Notify closest rally
official. Do not call 911.
• Spectators may not enter a stage from start or
finish controls.
