Installation Warranty
Installing windows and doors is something that probably occur only once or
twice in your home. We stand behind the products that we install. Our customers
are confident that we will be there for the life of their windows and doors. Not only
do you have the manufacturer’s warranty for the product, we will ensure that the
workmanship and the products we use to install your windows and doors will be
free from defects for a period of (12) twelve years from installation date. The
warranty given to the original homeowner is transferable, but will not extend past
the original 12 year period.
This warranty is limited to work performed by Old West Windows & Doors
Ltd. In case of defect, the homeowner should notify Old West Windows & Doors
Ltd. as soon as possible. If Old West Windows & Doors Ltd. finds that the items
requiring attention are covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the
defective materials or workmanship at our cost and expense except if Old West
Windows & Doors Ltd. finds that such repairs are necessary by negligence or
intentional misconduct by the homeowner, or any party or parties associated with
the homeowner. Old West Windows & Doors Ltd. is not liable for any damage
resulting from installation (floors, walls, exterior walls etc.)
This warranty shall be void if any materials which were originally installed by
Old West Windows & Doors Ltd., have been repaired, adjusted or modified by any
other than Old West Windows & Doors Ltd. Repairs under this warranty shall not
carry a new warranty, but will carry only to the end of the original warranty date.

records as they are necessary to claim for service.
