Parade which will take place on
Sunday, October 1.
In the last issue Lucyna Lis was
incorrectly identified as an aide to
the grand marshal. Frank’s aides
this year will be Slawa Karausz and
Mary Bar. Lucyna Lis and Regina
Grodzki have been named to the Nest
946 Pulaski Parade committee.

up one week and will be held on

at St. Mary’s School Hall in Bound
Brook. All members are asked to
attend. ■

est 946 received over 20 letters and cards with thanks for the Christmas
packages we sent to various orphanages in Poland. The following is an
excerpt from one of those letters.
Wyrażamy wdzięczność i podziękowanie za otrzymaną odzież.
Każda pomoc jaką otrzymujemy wynagrodzona jest uśmiechem,
który w chwilach radosnych rozświetla twarze naszych podopiecznych.
Jesteśmy wdzięczni za to, że są jeszcze na świecie ludzie, dla których
los opuszczonego dziecka nie jest obojętny. Zawsze staramy się robić
wszystko co w naszej mocy, aby zapewnić naszym wychowankom pogodne dzieciństwo. Dzięki dobroci innych osób z dnia na dzień umacnia
sie w oczach naszych dzieci wiara do dorosłego człowieka.
Do podziękowań dołączamy życzenia wszelkiej pomyślności,
spełnienia planów i zamierzeń w życiu osobistym i pracy niosącej
radość i dobro służące bliźnim.

night Bus Trip to the Smoky
Mountains of Tennessee leaving on
Sunday, October 29 and returning on
Friday, Nov. 3. We will visit the Great
Smoky Mountain National Park,
the world famous Christus Gardens
– America’s #1 Religious Attraction.

the spectacular beauty of the Great
Smoky Mountain National Park.

Admission to Dolly Parton’s Dollywood Entertainment Park featuring over 40 spectacular shows, all in
a unique and beautiful setting.
Visit Boyd’s Bear Country and

We will spend three overnights at
the Mountain Trace Inn.
Cost of the trip is $589 for Nest
members and $599 for non-members
and includes 2 full breakfasts, 3 continental breakfasts and 5 dinners.
A deposit of $100 is needed to
