Weeks 1 and 2: Down on the Farm
July 5 –8 and July 11-15
Grab you partner and do-si-do on down to Old McDonald’s Farm! Campers
will be amazed as The Little School transforms in to a Barnyard Bonanza!
We’ll learn how to milk a cow, explore animal sounds, plant crops,
taste our homegrown vegetables and much more farm fun! We’ll even
have a visit from some barnyard friends with a live petting zoo at the
end of our theme!
Weeks 3 and 4: Pirate and Mermaid Adventure
July 18-22 and July 25-29
Ahoy Maytees! Join us for this fun filled pirate and mermaid adventure, or
walk the plank! We’ll have a blast for this under the sea fantasy as we swim
with mermaids. Our little scallywags will be on the hunt for buried treasure
with their telescopes in hand! Climb aboard The Little School Pirate Ship for
some adventure on the high seas. Yo-ho me hearties, Let’s Go!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Children must come to camp wearing a bathing suit under play clothes and water shoes.(Crocs are not an
acceptable water shoe for optimal safety)
A camp bag should accompany your child to camp daily with:
Towel
Underwear
Extra change of clothes
Socks and sneakers
All items that belong to your child must be labeled with your child’s name. Campers will return home
dressed in their play clothes, socks and sneakers.
If you do not wish to have your child participate in water activities on a particular day, simply dress your
child in play clothes (without bathing suit) and leave his/her camp bag at home.
In the event of a bathroom or water accident all campers should also provide an extra change of clothes
(shorts, tee-shirt, underwear, and socks) clearly labeled in a large Ziploc bag to be kept at school for the
duration of camp.
Please remember to sunscreen your child every dayprior to camp and provide sunblock to be reapplied
daily.

TUITION SCHEDULE AND FEES
Register your child for a FUN – tastic Summer Camp Experience
DAILY SCHEDULE 9am – 1 pm
$50 Registration Fee per Camper
PER WEEK TUITION FEES
Individual Weekly Session-- $325 per week
MONTHLY PACKAGE DISCOUNT
Full Month Package -- $1,200 for all 4 weeks

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Four Weekly Summer Camp Sessions are available. Enrollment may be for any week a la carte or up
to the full 4 weeks. To reserve a place for your child in The Little School Summer Camp,
payment for each session, along with a $50 registration fee must accompany this application.
All fees and tuition payment processed are non-refundable. Any student unable to attend will
forfeit all deposits and fees paid. There will be absolutely no exception to this policy regardless of
the reason for withdrawal.
POLICY ON ACCIDENTS AND EMERGENCIES
In the case of a minor injury, The Little School Staff will administer first aid. Parent/Guardian will be
provided with an accident report. Parent/Guardian will be asked to review the report and sign a copy to
be kept in child’s school records.
In case of a serious injury or illness, your child’s safety will be attended to first. Emergency agencies
will be contacted immediately and then parent/guardian. If necessary, your child will be transported to
the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood NJ. If a parent/guardian cannot be reached, we will phone the
emergency contact provided. A staff member will stay with your child until you arrive.
EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION
I give permission to the Valley Hospital and/or my Child’s Pediatrician to provide emergency medical
treatment for my son/daughter. Medical personnel are granted consent to carry out required
emergency treatment for my son/daughter.
As the parent or authorized representative, I hereby give consent to The Little School to obtain all
emergency medical or dental care. This care may be given under whatever conditions are necessary to
preserve the life, limb, or well-being of my child. I understand that I am responsible for all costs
related to emergency medical treatments.

MEDIA RELEASE
In an effort to keep The Little School of Waldwick in the public eye, your child may be photographed
and/or videotaped for publication.
Children will have the opportunity to participate in all camp activities and special events such as but
not limited to: Pony Rides, a Petting Zoo, Moonwalk Ride, Tattoos, Face Painting, etc.
