Bombino Bianco IGP
The Bombino Bianco white wine born with the desire to better
express the typical prevailing of its variety. Both the advanced
maturation of the grapes and balanced acidity typical of the
variety show a wine with intense floral with notes of gardernia
and rennet. Wine with good complexity, excellent drinkability
and freshness. Serve at a temperature of 8/10 °C. Cultivated for
a long time in Puglia, ino Bianco derived its name from the
shape of the bunch, according to a vision quite fantastic, like
a baby with outstretched arms. The term Bombino therefore
indicates “good wine”.

Harvest Last ten days of September
Vinification The grapes are harvested at an early stage of
ripeness to ensure the best level of acidity and character. After
pigiaderaspatura of grapes and a slight maceration lasted 1224H fermentation takes place for 7/10 days in stainless steel
tanks at controlled temperature of 15/18 °C. The wine is aged
for 5 months in stainless steel tanks. The filtration before
bottling the wine takes place and then proceed and a phase of
aging in bottles for a period of one month
Serving temperture 8/10 °C (51 °F)
Food Pairing Best pairing with appetizers, finger food and fish
dishes, light soups. Very cool is excellent as an aperitif.

Nero di Troia Rosè IGP
Rosè from Nero di Troia is characteristic. ripe and fragrant
tones with hints of pomegranate, cherry and nuances of the
mediterranean with hints of wild rosemary, juniper and liquorice
root. Important body, structural and durable, well balanced and
persistent characterized by savory finish and fruity.

Nose Intensely fruity aroma, rich red fruits such as

with a pleasant sour note. Savory and cool enough with a
good persistence in the end

Vinification The grapes are harvested at an early stage of
ripeness to ensure character and a moderate level of acidity.
After the grapes are destemmed and crushed proceeds to
drain them. Fermentation takes place for about 7/10 days
in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15/16
°C. The wine is aged and aged for a period of 5 months in
refrigerated tanks of stainless steel. Before we proceed with
the bottling filtration
