global market. Our products are designed to enable scientific researchers across the globe to perform research projects
and to produce pharmaceutical products. Our products include ultra-low temperature freezers, blood banks, pharmacy
refrigerators, ice-lined vaccine refrigerators, laboratory freezers, washers, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets and other
types of equipment for the laboratory and medical applications. Installations can be found in blood banks, hospitals,
epidemic prevention services, universities, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and national laboratories. The successful
growth of our business drove a continuous development of our manufacturing ability. Along with many state of the arts
manufacturing equipment, we added a facility of 56,700 square meters in 2001 to meet the increasing demand of our

-150°C Cryo freezer, developed by Haier Medical and Laboratory Products Co.,Ltd provides a safer, more convenient
and economical alternative long term storage method than LN2 refrigeration systems. By providing a storage
environment that is about 20°C colder than the water recrystallization temperature, the freezer is suitable for storage
of a variety of biological samples such as virus, erythrocytes, leukocytes, cutis, skeleton, sperm, oceanic products,
special test materials and even electronic products for testing. It can be installed in institutions including blood banks,
hospitals, epidemic prevention services, research institutes, and research laboratories.

Haier’s next generation ULT freezer DW-86L728J is particularly designed for energy savings. It consumes the
least amount of energy for the class of large ULT freezers. This new model uses environmentally safe
hydrocarbon refrigerants and high efficiency fan motors to maximize the cooling ability of the system and
reduce energy consumption. While providing sample safety, the new freezer design makes energy savings
possible for laboratories.

The -40°C deep freezer offers a large capacity storage space with fast temperature performance. Integrated
design of cold shelf and evaporator provides additional refrigeration efficiency. This product is designed to
store vaccines, blood plasma, and many other biological materials. Installations can be found in research
institutions and clinical sites in life science, electronic testing and medical markets.
Haier ‘s next generation low temperature storage freezer, DW-40L348, is designed based on the original work
horse platform of DW-40L508. The new freezer model operates with two capillary tubes and is equipped with
dual gaskets to improve the temperature uniformity through the chamber drastically. It can be installed to
satisfy tougher application requirements in universities, research institutions and blood banks.

WHO/UNICEF qualified supplier
• From 2004 until now, Haier awarded the tender from India MOHFW, WHO,
UNICEF, Africa market to supply about 50,000 units icepack freezers and
ice-lined refrigerators.
• 2009, World Health Organization (WHO) qualified Haier Medical as the supplier
of ice-lined refrigerators and -25°C vaccine and ice pack freezer lines. The
pre-qualified models include HBC-70, HBC-200, HBD-286, HBD-116.

A high-efficiency microbe filter, which comes with a sterilization
function, is installed at the CO2 gas inlet. Its filtration efficiency

bacteria and particulates in the CO2 gas to create a healthy
environment for reliable experiments.

B:Door Frame Heating System
Protection Safety
Haier CO2 incubator’s outer door radiates heating energy into the
inner glass door to prevent condensation from occurring. The dry
inner door eliminates the possibility of microbial contamination that
exists in condensate water.
Alarm systems feature an independent over-temperature alarm
system, and a sound, illuminator system, and remote alert system that
report temperature, humidity, door ajar, and malfunction conditions.

C: Automatic Control of Circulating Fan Speed
The air flow inside the chamber can be automatically

D: 90°C High-temperature Moist Heat Disinfection System
Moist heat disinfection at high temperature of 90°C can kill microbes
and fungal spores on the inner surface of the incubator.
Specifications:
Ultraviolet sterilization system is positioned on the rear wall
inside the incubator. It is used for quickly and effectively
disinfecting the inside of the incubator body to kill any floating
bacteria circulating in the air and water vapor in humidifying
tray. This method thereby prevents potential contamination to
cell incubation.

H: Built-in Water Tray Design
The floor of the inner door is by design an integral built-in water tray
for humidification process. Pure water can be introduced directly to
the water tray for a greater area of evaporation. This feature
eliminates a separate water tray design which can be a source of
contamination.
I: Graphic Inquiry
In the incubation process, all key operational parameters such as
temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and door usage are

When the door is opened, operation of circulating fan, CO2 injection and
