• Set in a stunning position 250 km north of the Arctic Circle, the arctic resort of Kakslauttanen is surrounded by magnificent, unspoilt scenery in the
wilderness of Finnish Lapland. Your private “village” of 24 pine log cabins is in the woods on the edge of the resort, and each cabin is built in a
rugged and traditional style which fits in beautifully with the natural woodland surroundings.
• Winter is the perfect time to be in Lapland when there are a few hours of crisp, bright winter sunshine in which to enjoy the great outdoors. The
short daylight hours create the ideal conditions to view the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis).
• Spend the morning dog sledding or snowmobiling and after a field lunch in a specially erected Arctic tepee, spend the afternoon on the nearby
slopes, skiing or snow-boarding. Enjoy a traditional Finnish smoke sauna together.....before plunging into the icy pools outside.
• Spend your last night in a field of glass igloos lying on furs and looking up at the Northern Lights – the most wondrous natural light show of all
(hopefully – never guaranteed). Your log cabins are still at your entire disposal so your guests can hop back there to sleep if they prefer.
• For the highlight we would organise a fabulous party with drinks in a specially created ice bar, live music and fireworks exploding against the arctic
sky.

• For the main event, we can organise a fantastic party with Cossack dancers in the opulent Yusupov Palace, where Rasputin was murdered, or if you
prefer, a brilliant winter party on ice, complete with some of Russia’s amazing professional skaters, in front of Tsar Paul 1st’s Palace at Pavlovsk.
Samovars will keep everyone warm and we’ll provide skates and Finnish sledges too. A fleet of horse-drawn troikas can then take you through the
snowy grounds of Imperial Park in true Dr Zhivago style.

• Jnane Tamsna is a wonderful, private estate in 9 acres of beautiful gardens just outside exotic Marrakech. It is a superb, relaxed house-party venue
for up to 52 people, staying in 3 impeccably presented buildings dotted amongst the palms, citrus trees, herb gardens and olive groves.
• At just 15 minutes from the centre of Marrakech there are plenty of opportunities to explore this vivacious city, perhaps in a fleet of horse-drawn
calèches, with expert guides to help you negotiate the packed souks and snake-charmers, story-tellers and water-sellers of Djemaa El Fna Square.
• Close by is the Agafay (stony) Desert which can be explored on camels, quad bikes, and dune buggies and lunch can be arranged at an oasis.
Towering over everything are the Atlas Mountains where there are opportunities to ski and enjoy glorious walking, cycling, canyoning or rafting.
• For the main celebration, a fabulous dinner can be set up on a single long, candle-lit table snaking under the pergolas through the gardens, with
superb, refined cooking, using many ingredients grown in the surrounding vegetable patches.
• A second, wild, desert-themed party can also be arranged in a nearby Kasbah, with a fire show, belly-dancers, fantasia horsemen and attended by
traditional Touareg Blue Men.

• There can be few places on earth more suited to a celebratory gathering than Provence. Warm, balmy evenings on flickering terraces
elegantly laid out to a backdrop of vineyards and lavender fields, joie de vivre is where the French truly excel. Surrounded with a landscape
that has inspired artists for centuries, the Domaine des Baumettes is the quintessential Provencal country house.
• Great food and wine are of course key ingredients to any celebration, and nowhere lives and breathes gastronomy quite like France. With
some of the world’s finest vineyards literally on the doorstep, a personal sommelier will ensure the right vintages are ready for every toast. A
chef will prepare wonderful French cuisine, including casual long lunches under the dappled shade of ancient plane trees and gastronomic
celebrations overlooking the changing hues of rural Provence.
• The property is extremely well-equipped with hotel-style facilities include a sauna/spa, a heated swimming pool, a stocked wine cellar of and

• Once an ancient and historic, stone-built convent, now inspiringly re-imagined and restored into a modern villa by filmmaker George Lucas, Il
Cappuccini's setting is on a spectacular Umbrian hillside of lushly ordered vineyards overlooking the fabled shores of Lake Trasimeno.
• With 10 suites the property can sleep up to 20 adult guests and 2 small children making it an ideal location for a small to medium sized
celebration. There’s a large gym and spa area and a particularly good masseuse . There’s also a superb 16-seater cinema linked up to the
property’s Kaleiderscape system and a games room with a pool table and shuffle board game providing superb after dinner entertainment.
• The grounds at I Cappuccini are beautifully designed, surrounded by native oak forest (ideal for truffle hunting in the season), overlooking
spectacular scenes of hills and lake, with numerous places to gather, relax and play. There's fun to be had too - in summer months, one area of
lawn is usually set up for croquet, in another there's a superb boules area and at the top of the garden, through the trees is a world-class
professional tennis court. The swimming pool itself at 20x9m (65x30ft) is large enough for laps in the morning and fun all day for guests.
• Superb celebratory meals can be prepared in the incredible galleried library with its Renaissance fireplace, there is seating for up to 34 guests,
and an adjacent wine cellar, accessed through a hidden door, that has 115 bins from across Italy – all available to guests. For an incredible local
experience, the Convento can organise vintage car rallies around the local villages, exploring their hidden treasures and cobblestone streets

• Villa F is a beautifully restored 16th century Venetian villa on the Guidecca - the famous island often thought of as the garden of Venice, once
home to nobility, with dramatic views across the water towards the Grand canal and the Piazza San Marco.
• The great attraction of the location is that it is 5 minutes away by boat from the Grand Canal and all of Venice’s world-famous attractions,
positioned to take in the wonderful views of the city. Unusually for Venice, Villa F is set in its own lovely gardens, with space to stroll and take a
leisurely lunch or set up a party. There’s also a swimming pool and access to the 450m2 spa at the neighbouring Palladio Hotel.
• Inside the property is made up of 5 apartments, sleeping a total of 14 guests. In addition, within a few steps of the property, for larger groups,
there is a choice of hotels including the Cipriani and Bauer. The interiors at Villa F are beautifully designed with exceptional fabrics and furnishings.
There are large en-suite bathrooms, with oversized bath tubs and stone showers, fully equipped small kitchens with Nespresso machines and
refrigerators and all apartments have satellite TV, IPod docks, A/C and a Movie Library. Vila F is also fully serviced and has an excellent concierge.
The central salon of the villa is the perfect spot to host a party with floor to ceiling windows that overlook Venice.
• Dining experiences and wonderful excursions can be organised in Venice itself and its Islands making this a venue that works wonderfully well for
a small, medium or larger sized group wanting to enjoy the many attractions of this historic city with its wonderful food and incredible setting.

• Cap Rocat is an former military fortress located high up above the sea in the most secluded area of the bay of Palma de Mallorca. Stunningly
blended into the landscape, this magnificent fortress has been totally refurbished without altering its unique architecture and natural
environment.
• With 24 suites and 2 courtyard rooms, it is a perfect fit for a small to medium size celebration / event. Nearest airport is Palma, a short 15
minute drive away.
• In addition to a beautiful cliff-top infinity pool, there are also different swimming areas which have been set up around the former pier, all part
of a natural reserve, and exceptional spots to enjoy the fabulous and crystal clear Mediterranean sea. An array of sporting activities are
available such as golf, sailing, deep sea fishing, riding and diving, as well as more cultural activities including street markets and the delightful
Palma Old Town. A fleet of vintage sports cars can also be rented for the whole party.
• For the main party, an amazing dinner can be set up on the fortress roof with its sweeping panoramic views. Flamenco dancers, Spanish

• Villa Pantanelli has as its backdrop the strikingly beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004, characterised by gently
undulating hills, towering cypresses and historic towns and villages. The 15th century architectural gem of Pienza, sits close by, as do the fine
wine towns of Montalcino, famous for its Brunello wines, and Montepulciano, of Vino Nobile fame.
• The property is a beautifully designed hilltop villa, with expansive terraces, a roofed dining area and pergolas designed to take in the glorious
panoramic surroundings. Outside features include a heated Infinity 16m x 5m jet stream swimming pool and a 2.5 x 2.5 hot tub all overlooking
the countryside. It sleeps up to 18 guests making it ideal for a small to medium sized celebration.

• The Hideaway is a truly unique, stylish and esoteric retreat on the small island of Therasia, looking back over the Santorini caldera to the
main island. A former pumice mine, it has been utterly transformed, preserving the industrial exterior but contrasting it with sumptuous,

• For the main event, a mouth-watering dinner of Greek specialities can be set up on the large roof terrace overlooking Santorini. Additional
guests can travel over from Santorini for a joyous evening of Bouzouki playing, traditional Greek dancing, and music provided by top DJs.

nooks and crannies of the amazing Grand Bazaar and exotic Spice Market or organise an amazingly spiritual, private visit to the ethereal Hagia
Sophia, which will open up specially for you before the crowds arrive.
• For the finale, why not recall the excesses of the Ottoman Sultans with an oriental celebratory party in an extravagant mansion on the shores of the
Bosphorus, or enjoy a fabulous private dinner aboard Halas 71, a 1914 converted steam ferry, as you cruise up the Bosphorus towards the Black Sea.

• Set sail on one or more beautiful Turkish gulets and head off to explore the islands, secret coves and perfumed headlands of the Aegean Sea. Gulets
tend to have between 2-6 en-suite cabins, although there are a few slightly larger ones. Bigger parties can charter two vessels and cruise the
coastline in tandem, which can be great fun.
• A week on a gulet is a completely private, very relaxed and informal yacht charter. These roomy, coastal motor-sailors, traditionally crafted from
mahogany and teak are specifically designed to potter gracefully and in great comfort, rather than for speed, making them ideal for sea-dogs and
land-lubbers alike. The captain and crew are vital to the success of a gulet charter and the best ones are a delight to be with. Food will be prepared
to local Turkish recipes using fresh ingredients and it is hard to beat dining on deck, with a warm sea-breeze and a glass of raki, under a magnificent
canopy of stars.
• Relaxing in the extreme, during your time aboard the crew will take the strain and all you will need to do is decide whether to spend the day
swimming in the clear waters of the Aegean, enjoying a spot of snorkelling, canoeing or water-skiing, heading ashore to visit a Lycian ruin or seeing
if you can catch something delicious to grill for supper… And if you are keen for a night on the tiles, then a trip into Bodrum is always on the cards.
• For the main party, kick off your shoes on a private beach, and enjoy a fabulous dinner with belly dancing and Turkish music on the sand.
