SCRIPTURE FOCUS: Jesus teaches the disciples
how to pray. He gave us the “Our Father” to
pray. This prayer is considered the perfect prayer.
It contains everything we need in it. In this Year of
Mercy, focusing on the ’forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespass against us” takes on
a whole new meaning.

FOX VALLEY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity
will work in partnership with people of all
faiths and races to build a home in Aurora in
order to provide an ownership opportunity
for a local family in need. The fundamental
premise of Habitat for Humanity is to help
others by providing a hand up, not a
handout.
This ecumenical construction project
will be done in many phases, and will benefit from the support of many people and
businesses in the community. If you are interested in helping with this project, please contact Barbara Zegiel, Volunteer Coordinator
630-206-5038. The next planning meeting
is to be held at Genesis Community Church in
Montgomery on July 30th at 9 a.m.
WORLDWIDE MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER
Couples who attend these weekends not only
rediscover the joy, intimacy & romance in
their relationships, but also become more
active in their parish. Together, we are
making marriages, families and our Church
stronger & healthier. Consider attending!
Encounters are held in Rockford, IL,
Brookfield, WI or Crystal Lake, IL.
