Re-manufactured Power Head Exchange Program
Hydro Tec offers remanufactured power heads for Yamaha Outboards from 30 hp through the 300 hp.
We offer the 2 stroke models as well as the new 4 stroke and HPDI models. All of our assemblies are
built with the latest technology available through Yamaha. The terms of our program are as follows:
The Hydro Tec exchange program requires a complete core return on every purchase regardless of the
core condition.
Core refunds are based on reusable block and crank.
Freight charges on return cores will be paid if shipping is arranged by Hydro Tec and shipped within the
continental USA.

Hydraulic "Leverage"
Have you ever wondered how your boat would run with
more or less setback? Now with the new hydraulic
"Leverage" setback plate you not only will know but you
can adjust it in or out from the driver's seat! The
"Leverage" adjusts from 8 inches to 11 inches of setback and 3 inches of travel up! Hydraulic pump is
mounted inside plate so there is no need for extra space
inside boat. Constructed with 6061 T6 aluminum and is
300 plus HP rated. Comes with 1 year warranty. Includes
wire harness and 60 amp relays. Part number HT 9HYD
Manual "Leverage"
Now with the manual "Leverage" setback there is no
more guessing as to how much setback works best on
my boat! The "Leverage" adjusts very easily with 3
inches of travel back and 3 inches of travel up! So not
only can you setup your engine height but you can also
add or remove setback to get that perfect setup and performance! Constructed with 6061 T6 aluminum and is
300 plus HP rated. Comes with 1 year warranty. Part
