We have engineered many improvements into our total
Precision Tool Technologies deblocking system, starting with our
New “Super Flex Deep Drive” edge blocks. Designed to work in conjunction with our LZFII-1
and LZFIII-1 automatic deblockers, the Deep Drive Slots molded into the edge blocks allows
your lenses to deblock the first time and every time without scratches or crazing. These flexible
edge blocks can be used on all lenses from a Plano to an 8 base curve. They work in automatic
blocking systems and edgers. Using our Super Flex Deep Drive edge blocks, you will be able to
handle the majority of your work and they are available in the following sizes;
Full eye 24mm rounds, 20mm, 19mm and 17mm half eye edge blocks.

LZFII-1 Return On Investment Analysis
With breakage dollars averaging around 2% of sales dollars, the opportunity to reduce
