They finished 13 and 5; won the NFC East; made their first trip to the playoffs since 2009; and won their first playoff game in 5 years. Of course the Cowboy’s season didn’t end the way we wanted it to but you can’t deny that they had a great year. In many ways this year’s team was reminiscent of the Cowboy teams of old. So what Cowboy fan wouldn’t want some Cowboy memorabilia to memorialize the 2014 season as well as some of the past seasons. This package includes a jersey signed by Tony Romo; a helmet signed by the 2003 team including Dat Nguyen, Bradie James, Darren Woodson, Roy Williams, Larry Allen, and Jason Whitten; and, the highlight of the package, a football autographed by Hall of Famers Roger Staubach, Bob Lilley, Mel Renfroe, Tony Dorsett, and Randy White. Donor: Dan and Jana Fisher 4. NOTRE DAME EXPERIENCE How would you like to meet and have lunch with Brian Kelly, Head Coach of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football Team?? DINNER WITH BISHOP OLSON Enjoy a wonderful dinner with our own Bishop Michael Olson!! This will be an evening to remember as your chosen group of six enjoy fine dining at The Greenhouse in Denton with Bishop Olson. “Go, eat your bread with enjoyment, and drink your wine with a merry heart; for God has long ago approved what you do.” Ecclesiastes 9:7 Donor: Bishop Michael Olson Value: Priceless! 6. ERIN GO BRAGH Our Celtic theme will leave you wanting more of Ireland. You can discover the lush landscapes, stately castles, and friendly people of the Emerald Isle with your choice of either a five-day escorted tour or an eightday independent tour package. The escorted tour includes accommodations, transportation on an air-conditioned motor coach between cities, guided sightseeing, and some meals. On the escorted Ireland tour, a professionally trained tour director travels with you throughout your journey. This person shares fun and interesting facts and stories, so your vacation is both enriching and enjoyable. On the independent Ireland trip, which includes hotels, there won't be a tour director traveling with you. However, the independent vacation provides maximum flexibility and value. Tour operators use their buying power to negotiate low hotel rates in advance, and because your vacation doesn't have a set daily itinerary, you're free to spend each day as you choose. In addition to a travel voucher for the tour of your choice, this package also includes a $1,000 American Express Gift Card, which can be used for airfare, meals, souvenirs or whatever else your heart may desire. STREIB KEEPING IT CATHOLIC Ms. Streib’s class project is everything your child needs for their own special prayer nook. The package includes a prayer stool, saint prayer book, and handmade cross. The stool is a great way for your child to sit and reflect. It is hand painted by Jude Landry, Joan Landry’s father, and has beautiful scripture painted on it. The saint prayer book is a collection of the first grade students’ work. Each child wrote their own special prayer to their patron saint. Along with the prayer, there is a professional picture of the children dressed as their saint. The pictures were graciously taken and donated by Dianne Myers of Dianne Myers Photography. The rosary is made from paper beads. Each paper bead has the children’s and Ms. Streib’s prayers hand written on the inside. The rosary beads are made in a larger size to help a small child keep track of their place. It is then glazed to harden the paper bead into a glass like texture. The last item included is a handmade cross to complete the prayer nook. The stones were placed down and glued by each student. This would look wonderful placed on the wall for a child to see while praying. 2ND GRADE — MR.
