United Way Donor from UAW Local 1112 won Greenwood Chevrolet Drawing
January 21, 2015
(Austintown, OH ) - Michele Bieber of UAW Local 1112 from McDonald is the winner of
Greenwood Chevrolet Drawing. Bieber picked the box with the key that started the
Chevy Silverado at the Giveaway event held January 21, 2015 at Greenwood
Chevrolet’s showroom in Austintown. Bieber gives through a workplace campaign at
the General Motors Lordstown Complex and is a member of UAW Local 1112.
Greenwood Chevrolet donated the prizes, a two year lease of a 2015 Chevy Volt, a
two year lease of a 2015 Chevy Silverado or $15,000 cash, to the United Way of
Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley and the United Way of Trumbull as a joint
incentive for their 2014 campaigns. All donors of $208 or more ($4 a week) qualified
for one chance in the drawing to win the car or cash. Bieber says she will probably chose
the cash prize option.
The finalists were all recognized at the giveaway event for their donations to the
local United Ways. Each finalist also received $50 gift certificates to a local
restaurant, a $50 gift card to Greenwood Chevrolet, and a Free Paint Protection
Application from the Auto Butler of Greenwood Chevrolet valued at $89.95.
