SubmitMailer Pro sends an email notification to all admins when an
content/weblink/docman item gets submitted in the frontend.

Installation
To install SubmitMailer Pro
ro,, you have to login into the backend of your site
(http://yoursite.com/administrator

From there, go to: Extensions -> Install/Uninstall.
Under "Upload

Once the package has been installed, go to: Extensions ->> Plugin Manager
Search for "Joomlapraise

Configuration
To configure SubmitMailer Pro, go to Extensions ->> Plugin Manager and click on
"Joomlapraise

Notify admins
Set this to "Yes" if you want all Joomla Super Administrators to receive an email
notification.
Send to custom address
Set this to "Yes" if you want to send out notifications to other email
addresses/non-administrators.

Here you may enter the custom email addresses that should receive
notifications. Separate addresses

Notify on item update
Disable this option if you don’t want to get notified about updated content
items or DOCman items.
Approve via email
By default, each notification will contain a link at the bottom that allows you to
directly publish the item just by clicking the link.
Send in
Choose in which format emails should be send. Plain text is recommended as it
is safer and HTML emails may be marked as Spam.
Customization
You can customize the email messages for each item ( Content / DOCman /
Weblink ) in a specific file. You find all messages in:
plugins/system/jp_submitmailer_pro/mail_content.php
Simply edit the file with any text-editor. Further hints and documentation can
be found in the file.
