STEP 1: Put product in the fill tube. Fill only to 1”
from the top.

STEP 2: Lower piston to the top of the product.
Mold Plate
Slide Handle
STEP 3: Pull down on the lever handle to fill the
mold cavity. While keeping a slight pressure on
the lever handle with one hand, use your other
hand to grip the mold plate handle and slide the
mold plate out until it is fully exposed.

STEP 4: Remove patties from the mold plate and
repeat steps 1-3.
