A marvellous hidden treasure..
Seville
Seville is a passionate city on the south of Spain
situated on the Banks of the Guadalquivir River
with strong Moorish heritage. This city has the
power to awake the senses with its culture,
monuments, traditions and artistic heritage. Don’t
be surprised if you hear echoing sound of
flamenco in the quaint neighborhood of Triana.
Seville’s historical center will leave you
overwhelmed with its rich and gorgeous
monuments including the cathedral, the Palace of
the Reales Alcázares, Calle Sierpes, and Plaza
Nueva. Or moving further out and seeing the
beautiful white and yellow building of Maestranza
bullring along with its museum and a few steps
away the famous Maestranza theatre. Not to
mention the charming Jewish quarter – Barrio de
la Santa Cruz with its narrow alleyways splashed
with whitewashed houses leading to pictureperfect patios. When it comes to satisfying the
soul, Seville is a maze-like with delicious tapas
bars, restaurants or terraces serving refreshing
cocktails.

Day 01 – Dinner at El Palacio Andaluz
For tonight’s dinner we suggest having dinner at
a unique place to truly feel the roots of flamenco
in the heart of Seville. El Palacio Andaluz offers
the best flamenco show in the city in the most
luxurious and elegant venue in the country.
It is an enchanting show, colorful and full of
passion, which includes the collaboration of a
great number of artists, many of them awarded
with national and international prizes.
Bulerias, soleás, alegrías, fandango, sevillanas, as
well as many less well known flamenco styles and
some classical Spanish ballet, converts the El
Palacio
Andaluz’s
show
into
something
extraordinary.

Day 02 - Córdoba – Full Day Tour
Today we’ll be visiting Cordoba, a city with rich
architectural and artistic heritage including
particularly the Great Mosque, symbol of the
power of the Moorish culture.
It is a mixture of architectural styles
superimposed on one another over the nine
centuries, its construction and renovations lasted.
Standing in the historic center, it is one of the
most beautiful examples of Muslim art in Spain.

The ancient Cordoba
Day 02 – Cordoba & El Caballo Rojo Restaurant
After a overwhelming visit to the narrow streets of
Cordoba and the most beautiful mosque in the
whole world. We suggest a reference restaurant
for its cuisine and for its outstanding level of
service – El Caballo Rojo
Just a few meters from the Mosque, el Caballo
Rojo is one of the most beautiful restaurants in
Cordoba. Who has had the opportunity to visit
Cordoba and has been there, is concerned about
the degree of comfort, hospitality and
professionalism of its excellent service and
above all, the exquisite cuisine.

Day 02 - La Taberna del Alabardero – Option 2
Back in Seville for the evening, we suggest having
dinner at La Taberna. A dedicated restaurant for
over 35 years, creating unique and outstanding
catering establishments in our country, was
established in Seville in 1992, this stately mansion
over the years has been a major palace
belonging to the Seville’s “best” families.
Led by our Chef-Manager D. Juan Manuel
Marcos, offers its customers a market cuisine,
with 4 different cards throughout the year,
according to seasons. It shows such an exquisite
care by the use of quality ingredients, local
products of selected recipes drawn from tradition
and innovation.

Day 03 - Lunch at Casa Robles
As a cherry on the top of the cake, we suggest the
gorgeous restaurant Casa Robles. It is a authentic
and cozy place like only the local people can be.
The menu here features over 100 different main
courses followed by 40 imaginative desserts. It is
a real great deal of choices.
Try the mojama (dried tuna) with tomato and
oregano, the croquettes with fresh mint, the duck
liver pate with bitter orange marmalade or the
sea bass with apricot vinegar. The nougat and
praline ice cream is an ideal dessert.

Why not a finca?
Day 03 - Cortijo Arenales (option 3)
For our farewell dinner in Seville we suggest a
traditional Andalusian estate, Cortijo de Arenales,
property of the Count of la Maza, is located in the
province of Seville, only 45 minutes from the
capital. Without doubt, this beautiful estate
jealously guards all the hidden secrets and
legends of the world of fighting bulls, horse
breeding and the philosophy of Andalusian
country life, on its over 2,800 hectares.
Cortijo de Arenales maintains all its traditions, in
order to immerse our guests in the magic of
authenticity, the true-life experience that can be
felt in the natural landscape.
We’ll enjoy a lovely cocktail followed by a
delightful dinner where we’ll be tasting the local
gastronomy.
A truly “Sevillian” night that will surely provide a
pleasant recollection of this region.
