Seville Seville is a passionate city on the south of Spain situated on the Banks of the Guadalquivir River with strong Moorish heritage. This city has the power to awake the senses with its culture, monuments, traditions and artistic heritage. Don’t be surprised if you hear echoing sound of flamenco in the quaint neighborhood of Triana. Seville’s historical center will leave you overwhelmed with its rich and gorgeous monuments including the cathedral, the Palace of the Reales Alcázares, Calle Sierpes, and Plaza Nueva. Or moving further out and seeing the beautiful white and yellow building of Maestranza bullring along with its museum and a few steps away the famous Maestranza theatre. Not to mention the charming Jewish quarter – Barrio de la Santa Cruz with its narrow alleyways splashed with whitewashed houses leading to pictureperfect patios. Standing in the historic center, it is one of the most beautiful examples of Muslim art in Spain. A legacy that works A classic Day 02 - La Taberna del Alabardero – Option 2 Back in Seville for the evening, we suggest having dinner at La Taberna. A dedicated restaurant for over 35 years, creating unique and outstanding catering establishments in our country, was established in Seville in 1992, this stately mansion over the years has been a major palace belonging to the Seville’s “best” families. Led by our Chef-Manager D. Juan Manuel Marcos, offers its customers a market cuisine, with 4 different cards throughout the year, according to seasons. A legacy that works Let´s discover Seville Day 03 - Seville Tour Half Day This morning we’re going to explore the streets and squares in the historic quarter of the capital of Andalusia, Seville. It was nominated World Heritage, and many districts are full of traditional culture, like Triana and La Macarena. Walking through Seville’s streets and specially through Barrio de Santa Cruz it is an experience you cannot miss. You will be able to travel back to the past through the its historical and enchanting monuments, such as, the Royal Citadels, the cathedral, the General Archive of the Indies, the Hospital of the Venerable and the City Hall. You’ll breath history and tradition. A legacy that works Special flavour Day 03 - Lunch at Casa Robles As a cherry on the top of the cake, we suggest the gorgeous restaurant Casa Robles. It is a authentic and cozy place like only the local people can be. The menu here features over 100 different main courses followed by 40 imaginative desserts. It is a real great deal of choices. Try the mojama (dried tuna) with tomato and oregano, the croquettes with fresh mint, the duck liver pate with bitter orange marmalade or the sea bass with apricot vinegar.
