5 working days before insertion date. If after delivery it has been established that the samples
do not comply with the conditions of the rate, specifications, insert requirements or the general
conditions of NGB, the terms are subject to re-negotiation. Samples must be identical with the
inserts in terms of form, material, and bookbinding.
On a client-basis, for a period of one year, considered from the date of the first publication.
1. Partial circulation insert is possible. Conditions are provided upon request. However, in such
cases no guarantee is provided that the desired area will be only and exclusively covered.
2. Newspaper inserts depend on the technical possibilities. Exclusion of competitive inserts in
the same issue is not allowed, nor are any claims as to inserts of one client only. If there are
several inserts for the same day, they can be put all in one.
3. Order completion depends on the timely delivery of the samples (minimum quantity of samples - 50 copies). If the same insert advertises more than one company, a price for two or more
inserts will be charged.
4. Inserts of which the layout and format create a feeling in the reader that they are part of the
newspaper shall not be accepted. Any inserts of which the layout or format create a feeling
that they are part of the newspaper advertisement, are delivered folded to the half of the
maximum size.
5. Insert orders are executed with the due correctness. NGB is not responsible for insert loses
during production or distribution. No compensation is due if several inserts are put in the
same newspaper.

6. Deadline for withdrawal of the order - 2 working days before insertion. In case of untimely
delivery of the inserts or order withdrawal, NGB will charge a fine of 50% of the price.
7. NGB reserves the right to reject an order, if the inserts do not comply with the technical
specifications.
Technical
1. Maximum size (folded inserts after folding): 400 х 270 mm
and additional 2. Minimum size: 210х150 mm;
requirements: 3. Maximum quantity of copies to be inserted in on or more publications simultaneously: 250
000 copies.
4. Weight and volume:
-- Newspaper-like inserts (printed on offset paper 45 g/m2 and format, which is the same as
the main product) - at least 8 pages;
-- Single-sheet leaflets, minimum 170 g/m2 in minimum format, over А4 (210 х 297 mm) - at
least 135 g/m2;
-- The main product/insert weight ratio must not exceed 1:3.
5. Other requirements:
-- 1% waste should be added to the desired number of inserts;
-- rectangular shape
-- inserts should not require additional manual manipulation (separation into parts or manual
insertion insert, etc.)
-- inserts must be of excellent polygraphic quality (no rumpled or folded edges, not stuck due
to not dried ink, properly and rectangularly trimmed and not rounded, with the same form,
not electrostatically charged);
-- not moisturized;
-- without file loop staples binding;
-- inserts must have parallel foldings only;
-- In case of folded inserts, the back side must be the longer.
6. Mode of delivery:
-- Pallet or (in case of smaller amount) in packages, properly arranged and packed so as to
prevent spilling;
-- Protected from weather conditions and transportation damage
-- Clearly and properly labelled packing.
7. Delivery of inserts takes place at the loading platform of the printing house (in the polygraphic factory yard) or at other place (subject to prior agreement) with an acceptance letter
in the prescribed form, signed by both parties.
8. It is possible to insert in one or more publications at the same time up to 50 000 copies,
which do not comply with the conditions of art. 4, provided that the samples have been provided and the terms have been agreed in advance.
9. In case of brochure-like inserts, the sets arranged in the packages must contain as much as
possible inserts, however, not less that 50 copies.
10. Upon completion of the insertion, the remaining copies shall be kept for three days.

Colour control
and file
compatibility:
Submit ads along with readable colour laser printouts or colour samples of
good quality. If such are not available, printing quality or wrong appearance
complaints shall not be approved.
Colours:
Process CMYK. Black color over colored background should be OVERPRINT
BLACK. Do not use “PostScript Color Management” option in Save as EPS
command in Adobe Photoshop. For ads with additional color, exact percentages should be specified on submission.
File conversion
or re-saving:
When re-saving in a rasterizing application such as Photoshop, the entire
contents, i.e. texts, lines and other black-and-white elements are converted
into raster points. This can lead to colour separation in all colour channels.
That is why you should use CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator.
Text and
fonts:
Min 7 p. With texts below 12 p., against a background or with a contour
around the letters, use of serif fonts (e.g. Times New Roman) is not recommended. The black colour must be in the black channel only and not colourseparated. The fonts used must be converted to curves or be embeded in
the file. Do not rasterize text below 12 p.
Submission
deadlines:
See the media rates. If an ad does not meet any of the requirements above
and the deadlines have not been observed, it will be scanned from the enclosed printout. In that case NGB shall not be responsible for the quality
of the ad printed in the media. Any exceptions to these deadlines shall be
agreed on a case-by-case basis.
