White light: means no power from panel
Darfon’s MI should be connected with PV panel as below.

Troubleshooting - Different type of PV connector
There are many different PV suppliers on the market in the world. Different panels
may have different type of connector. Such as Poly280 manufactured by schott
company, this panel with a female connector as anode, and male connector as
cathode. That will not fit with Darfon’s MIG240. We suggest customer to choose an
appropriate panel to fit with MIG240. The panel supplier must have other type that
could support MIG240.

Troubleshooting - Verify that the AC voltage and frequency
Red light sparking:
Grid voltage or frequency is abnormal.
You have to check
1)The voltage of grid should be 240Vac and 60Hz.
If it’s out of the range showed as table 1, then
it’s the problem of power system, and all you
can do is waiting…
2)You have to check the connection between
trunk cable and grid. You have to make sure
the voltage between red wire and black wire
is closed to 240Vac.

- Check if AC cable of PLC box is
connected well
Orange means RS485 between data
logger and PLC is good.
No light means no communication
between data logger and PLC Box
- Check the RS485 line is connected
well
Strength of the signal between PLC Box and inverter
This means weak signal
This means strong signal
This means no any signal
- Check the connection between PLC & Inverter
